Aegis X is the best mod for anyone who doesn't drop their mod constantly. It is durable but has a large screen and will crack if you don't take care of your mod.

After inserting fully charged batteries into the mod it says that they are dead. It appears that this is a very common issue with the Aegis X. I reached out to eight vape and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I only had it for 13 days at this point. Geek vape is another story and a nightmare to deal with.....This is the 3rd mod that I have bought from EV that had issues. Done with eight vape and this was my first and last geek vape mod

The mod was shipped to me with a defective battery port that fails to make contact with the cells rendering the device useless. I am in the midst of the return/exchange process with Eightvape, which so far is terrible owing to there being no way to contact the business directly outside of the ticket system, which has no functionality for the user in terms of checking the status of an open ticket, or updating the ticket, or even tracking that a ticket has been submitted. Overall, a trash experience, good luck.

Since buying my first Legend Zues here I love to see all the new products. I found a sale on the Aegis X that I didn’t need, but ordered it anyways. To my surprise new chip in the Aegis X is a game changer. I’ve bought a Aegis Legend, Aegis X, Kylin M RTA and Wotofo profile here and that should say enough. Great company.

Well I've had good and bad experience with eight vape. I have had a package I did not receive and no one did anything and said because it said delivered it was delivered. Didn't try to help get me another or even attempt to make it right. I was out my product and money. Then again I've had great stuff and great customer service, prices, and no problems. It's a 50/50 with me.

I have owned an AEGIS X MOD for over a year. Have been vaping since 2012. Smoked tobacco since 17 in high school. Dr. says she had never heard my lungs to clear. I make my own vape juice and used to make it 24mg in the beginning and now down to 4.5mg (3 and 6mg 1:1). I truly love this mod. There is nothing wrong with the one I own but paid $75 for the first and unable to choose the color. When I found this mod on EightVape for $50 I had to grab one. Especially since they had a full color selection. I did pay for shipping insurance but only $.98.
Let me tell you..... this is fantastic product. Have dropped on ground several several times without incident. Rubber housing helps with this enormously. Kind of embarrassed to say but even dropped into the toilet for 4-5 seconds without incident. Simply sanitized and back to business. I thought it was a goner.
I do use a SMOK Big baby Prince tank with V8 Baby Mesh .15 ohms and only have to use 50w even though it has much more capability. Works great right out of the box without modifying any settings..... except for wattage.
Truly recommend this product to anyone that wants a mod that seems to last forever.

The Aegis X is a winner in so many categories. Like all my other Geek Vape products, quality, durability, and functionality are spot on. The large screen takes a little getting used to but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend the Aegis X paired with the Zeus sub ohm tank. And Eightvape service is always prompt.

i bought my Aegis X in 2019 and this thing has been dropped and really used, the mod is very durable and i cant say anything bad about it. the usb cover coming off really no big thing i can live without it. But man this thing has taken a beating. wish they made a screen protector for it because is scratch up but still working great. Paired it up with a Falcon king rainbow and love the results.

Bought this back in November 2019, but honestly kept it as a backup and barely used it until about 4 months ago once my trusty iTaste MVP 3 finally kicked the bucket after a few years of serious vaping. This one worked very well until the last couple weeks. The batteries stopped charging to 100% when using the on-board micro USB port (the rubber cover for this is a joke and broke off within the first couple weeks of using it). I shined a flashlight in to the port and noticed the pins were basically bent in half just from regularly plugging/unplugging the cord. I switched to charging externally and now the mod still throws out a "Battery Too Low" error even with fully charged, brand new Hohm 18650 batteries loaded in it. Could be because the battery door on the bottom seems to have become slightly warped and does not sit completely flush anymore just from normal wear and tear (never been dropped). This thing looks built like a tank, but don't be fooled, it has serious durability issues and you'll be looking for a new mod within 4-6 months if you use this one regularly. Not really worth the $60 or more price tag in my opinion. I'm going back to the Innokin iTaste because that is a REAL tank. Only pros I can think of is that the Aegeus X is sharp looking with a big bright screen and sits in the hand well. Otherwise, it has too many shoddy components that hold it back from being a reliable, everyday mod choice.

This vape is powerful, solid, and the functions are easy to use. I have 2 LG 18650 batteries in it. The puff counter helps me see how much I can get out of my batteries. Its a very well made mod. Happy with it for sure.

So I haven't bought this yet. I will however I must say something first.
Why are you guys downing the ratings on a product review?
Ok look trust me I have felt this oh my God guys where is my stuff? Oh unfulfilled still who'd have think it. Seriously I've rack up around 580 dollars worth of small sales. A mod here, a batteries there, juice lots of juice. Stay on them read policies it says will be fulfilled within 2 days they say wait 3 before messaging about it. I don't they take money instantly they can fulfill shipments in a timely manner. Holidays being the exception and not just major ones. In truth this is a fantastic site they need to weed out the bad workers or higher a slightly bigger crew. Oh personal request please don't be to hard on the head lady Miika she is only trying to do her job. If say you are a gm at a McDonald's and a customer comes in asks for you and proceeds to go off on you because the cooks put onions when she specifically asked for no onions cause she is allergic. While a very valid point understand these points first. Humans make mistakes... flat out no argument, the gm cannot stand over the cooks and watch every sandwitch, the best you can do is apologize and offer to make it up to them. So don't flip on miika because the shipping and whatever department messed up. Just be on the ball and hit them up when you have time on the third day if your order is fulfilled. Stay on them it will get fixed I promise

Let me start off bye saying that I have been using geekvape products since the Griffin 25 which was back in 2015. I have spent maybe 750$ on geekvape alone and have never had a defective product. All these bogus reviews stating that 8 vape is not answering thier requests is nonsense, this website is not run by 500 employees that can cater to your every need. If your Aegis X is having issues you can easily contact GV and they will gladly assist you.

HIGH EXPECTATIONS
Got the device, works great up to and beyond expectations for the first 2 weeks. Then without having been dropped, soaked in water, or even exposed to water as it never left my desk the screen goes on the fritz. The device still works, can't read anything on the screen. Fitment in the hand is awesome and again it was an amazing mod for the first two weeks. Now playing facebook messenger tag with GeekVape for warranty fix. Don't have this issue with the Aegis Solo, or Legend maybe too much too fast for them?

I like the small I think it looks fantastic! I also have found a couple cons one of them is how easy it is to press that fire button I find myself constantly pressing it in when trying to handle the device. It's a little bit lighter than the original Aegis Legend. The other thing I don't like is it feels slippery in the hand because it's so smooth, I can't seem to get a good tight grip on it like I did the old one. I absolutely love the screen being able to set it to what I like. I got a great price, seemed it shipped pretty fast considering what time of the year it is. Too bad I can't add my pictures.

i don't know about Customer Service but generally most ANY new electronics you buy ARE bought "as is" & when they break they break - unless one purchases some type of extended warranty plan, then YEPP!- when it breaks IT BREAKS. you gotta GET A NEW ONE! duhhh! i thought this section was for reviews of products tho & not for whiney customers to vent their frustrations & complaints. lmao anyway, this mod surprisingly has an excellent hand-feel & is a good weight. looking at it, it reminds me of the Aegis Legend, but just the 1 side. the opposite side's gigantic screen has all the info you need & there are plenty of user options, including a power curve type option. it fires fast & has got plenty of power. @ 75w on a triple mesh coil in a Falcon King there is good vapor production, great flavor & a warm and dense throat hit (using #6 nic). if something were to happen to this mod, i'd definitely get another one.

I agree with the reviewers down below and you have a horrible customer service system. I know you guys are short staffed in the little office you have on Polaris Dr and your warehouse off Alexander Dr in North Vegas, but come on. you guys want to operate like a big company, hire some more people. Miikah used to own up and help her out but now you got this guy John who thinks his Sh!t dont stink and he prides himself off telling people no and the staff are overwhelmed with trouble tickets they are a sinking ship. Better Business Bureau has over 81 complaints on this company. A lot of times the manufacturers when you try to go directly through them will tell you to go back to the retailer, but in this case you have no one to go back to. They might as well put a disclaimer as "products sold as is" good luck if it works or if you receive it in time. or if you even receive it. No wonder the prices are good. Maybe this should be brought to the nevada consumer affairs division on poor business practices

Broke almost immediately- customer service lies
Almost immediately my button got stuck in the body of device! I sent 8vape the pics they wanted & they were supposed to send a shipping label. I never got it.
I received the devicre on Oct5- it’s almost Thanksgiving & I keep getting the run around.
What a shame- Ive used this site for several years. I had so many friends try this site because of me... not anymore. I honestly thought they’d do the right thing!!!

Nice mod but not as good as the first Aegis
Well it comes with a screen protector and you better use it. I used it for 2 days and kept it in my pocket like I do with the first Aegis and I just happen to look at the screen and there were scratches all over the screen only after 2 days of use. The other things that bother me was the orientation of the batteries is opposite of the original but I got used to it. The final thing I didn’t like was the fire button is to easy to press and can be fired to easy and if you keep it in your pocket beware of that. It seems like. Decent device but those things want me to buy another original Aegis and keep it for backup before they stop selling them.

Another awesome setup by Geekvape, although the tank is pretty good I'll probably use my Tobeco SuperTank. The mod is a good sturdy mod for those who are rough on mods. I love all the Geekvape Aegis line up. Great for my dropping habits. Also this mod locks & can still vape, that's awesome. You need this & eight vape was the cheapest I found it. Fast shipping.
