Vape shipping timelines vary by state and depend on distance from our fulfillment center. Vape mail requires a 21+ Adult be present to show ID and sign for the package.
The entire order process may look something like this
**The above timeline assumes that a 21+ adult is present at time of delivery to show ID and sign for the delivery. Please use current phone numbers and delivery details as needed (gate codes, unit #s, mobile #s)
Please note: Adult signature fee, package protection fee, taxes or shipping fee don't count towards the $89+ free shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. Additionally, service fee (your shipping fee, adult signature fee, and package protection fee) are non-refundable, as the charges have already been applied. 
We process orders Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm PST excluding major U.S holidays (Closed on Weekends). Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Normal processing times range 1-2 business days. During holidays and sales events, processing times may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping time estimates do not include processing time! Ex. If you choose 3-10 day shipping the following timeline applies. (ex. 1-2 days processing 3-10 business days shipping = possibly 4-12 business days before delivered).

All packages are shipped from Las Vegas, NV


Once your order has been shipped or received by the carrier, the tracking number will be sent to the email address from your order. At this time, tracking has different timelines depending on the carrier. Please allow 5-12 business days to receive initial tracking info. If the order has taken over 15 days from receiving tracking or if the tracking has not updated within 10 days of receiving it, please let us know and we can take action at that point.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. Depending on the delivery carrier, there may not be updates when the package is in transit between facilities. We will continue to improve these processes.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If the order is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to resolve the problem. We will hold the package for 3 business days before canceling the order and issuing a credit, minus the service fee (Shipping fees, Adult Signature Fee, and Package Protection Fee).
