A Message From Our Warehouse Manager Regarding Delays

Sorry for the delay in processing your order. As of Friday, December 28th, our warehouse was performing a MASSIVE end-of-year inventory all the way through Monday, December 31st. During that time, our ability to process orders, returns, and exchanges was deliberately minimized while the stock on hand was tallied. We were also closed on January 1st, for the holiday.

Officially, January 2nd was the first day we resumed processing every single order which has been on hold since December 28th. As you can imagine, four days worth of orders cannot get processed in a single day, and such a backlog has caused people to have to be patient a little longer than typical. We understand that it is not at all convenient for anyone involved; including our customers and service staff. We also genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Our orders typically have a 1-48 business hour processing time, once processing has begun. During that time, your order gets picked and packed. After that, we generate a shipping label, and it is picked up for delivery. Once the shipping label is created, that is when your selected shipping method gets applied, you receive your tracking number, and your delivery window begins.

At this time, all orders are being processed as normal, they just need a little more time than usual to go out. We apologize for the inconvenience the brief delay may have caused.
