I love the selection that they have. Products offered are of very quality. I've been ordering from them for years at this point. My only problem has been shipping times. Every single time my order takes roughly two weeks to be delivered. And that is when I pay for expedited shipping. I have no idea why that is. Communication from them is slow to non existent. I wish I could give my feedback to a live person. Not that I would be ugly or anything. I just feel that these kinds of things get overlooked. But I have yet to ever be able to speak to someone.

I’m not sure what they put in this juice but it’s very addictive……. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. I’ve never been this compulsive with other juices, I love the taste but I think I punctured a lung from hitting it too much …… 8Vape has been great, they respond to any questions I have and it didn’t take that long to receive the juice. Very happy ; )

Beard no 32 is one of my favorite juices but I emphatically do NOT recommend EightVape! I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for my order and for the last 5 days, I’ve been asking for tracking info but they say they shipped it but are still “trying to find tracking info.”
I never expected it to take this long and they refuse to cancel the order (ridiculous since they either haven’t shipped it or lied about shipping it a week ago). There are plenty of great vape shops online - this is not one of them.

Don't buy from eightvape. Takes a month to get if it even arrives. Adult signature is required but they won't call to see if anyone is there before delivering. If something goes wrong they say you are protected by Route Delivery App and reach out to them. The Juice is good though.

They ship pretty quick and in the heat its a definite plus since the longer its in the heat the less flavor you will get. And i love the big bottles better and alot cheaper than even the small ones at smoke shops.

I vaped cinnamon for years, then the vaping industry did away it. I tried others close to it, then I tried this. I’m shocked. I finally found something like my cinnamon, not strong like fireball and it also has a sweet aftertaste…… and a lot cheaper. I’ve seen people with shipping problems but I’ve never had any issues; when COVID restrictions hit, I expected a delay and always got my stuff in a couple weeks. I’m not sure if it’s because I order ground shipping. As is, I’m a very happy customer, the prices blow other companies away ! Thankyou 8Vape ; )

I waited for 2 weeks to see if my order was updated to fulfilled, it never was, I e-mailed Customer service 2 times and never got a response....,out of the blue I get a text saying that my order would be there in 10 minutes and an adult signature would be required! The day before I had called my credit card company and disputed the charges...., once it showed up I cancled the dispute. However it never should have got to that point! If they had answered my email or even shown on their website that the order had been fulfilled and or shipped, that headache could have been avoided. So unfortunately, I will not be ordering through eightvape again.

How can I write a review if I never received the item? I wrote customer service and explained when I ordered the item and received an automated response stating if I haven’t received my order 15 days after to purchase to write back. It was already over 15 days when I wrote the original email. It’s not been 30 days and still no shipping info…but I sure was charged!

Shipping was normal, little late but I understood that wasn’t the company’s fault, it’s happening to everyone but they did answer me any and every time I emailed them trying to get shipping information and they were very helpful and professional. Now for the juice itself…I’ve yet to try any juice in Beard’s lineup that I didn’t like and out of all those delicious flavours number 32 is my personal favorite. I’ve been vaping mostly this alone for 3 years now. It’s also good mixed with lots of fruit and dessert flavours. I highly recommend, in fact I implore you, you simply must try it for yourself. I’ve yet to hear anyone say they don’t like the smell and anyone that tries it always buys their own the next day! Good luck and enjoy getting your vapecation on!
