Best in Class A good deal of time seemed to be spent on quality all the way down to the last little detail from the people at Snowwolf, as the charging cord they send in the box with the device has a fabric coat around it and is actually a nice long cord that reaches more than the 2 to 6 inches some other companies seem to think suffices. I've seen the complaints on here from the coils being bad to not receiving a pod with the device. The coils are just fine and despite me receiving a pod and coils with my device, I avoided any issues there by simply ordering packs of coils and extra pods with the device. I buy all my devices and juice on eightvape and couldn't recommend them any more if I tried. I got the Wocket, replacement pod and box of coils for around $35 and it came in the mail in around 4 or 5 days. I have and will continue to support eightvape by making all my purchases here and I will now probably buy nothing but Snowwolf products as it finally seems I have found a e cig company who can match eightvape in quality. I am blown away by the Wocket and highly recommend it to anyone who's like me and loves all in one devices.

Best in Class I own a Smok Trinity Alpha and a Geekvape Frenzy. As good as these 2 devices are something always seemed to be missing with them although I could never seem to put my finger on it. So I saw this device and decided I had to have it as well. The first time I opened the box, I saw that thing that was lacking with my other devices was not with the Wocket. The quality blew me away. The device looks the same as the other two but it feels more solid. When popping the pod onto the device for the first time, I could feel how solid it's on there especially compared to the Frenzy and the Trinity. This makes a huge difference in both the quality of each hit as well as assuring the pod doesn't leak. The pod also has a cap on it that you screw on and off to add your juice so the juice isn't gonna leak out the top when you have the Wocket in your pocket. The digital display seems like an unnecessary feature until you actually have it at your disposal. I like to mix reg e juice with salt juice (mostly to use up all the reg e juice I have) and being able to adjust the wattage by each individual watt is a Godsend and makes it almost impossible to get a burnt hit whether you mix up your e juices or not.

Coils are Bad The coils burn out in a day at 10w. Not happy at all with this device. But hey it looks cool. Seen snowwolf and figured it'd be a good little device. I was wrong

Snowwolf Wocket I got this about 2 months ago, and since I've not been notified to review it yet I thought I'd just submit one anyway. I am enjoying my pod device, although it is more like a mini mod. I like that I can just change out the coil instead of replacing the whole pod. I run it at 20W and the coil lasts for a little over 2000 puffs each time. It is easy too use and very light weight. I wish the charge lasted longer, but it only takes about 1 hour to recharge. It's not like waiting about 3 hours for your batteries to recharge on a reg. mod. It's a nice mini vacation from my big mods and allows me 3rd flavor for the day too.

Fake website and customer service Customer services are meant for solving customers problems.But here when am explaining my problems which i had with your damn shit website ,you will tell me that a human representative will contact you soon and will solve the problem.I waited for another 3 to 4 days.Nothing happened.Again i messaged ,then you started sending me offers and scratch cards.Then I understood its all fake computerised messages.Anyways i lost $61 on your fucking website and i didn’t receive any products,because my order was not placed.I have selected the above product ,filled in my details and address for delivery and finaly came to payment section.I used my wifes credit card to pay and the payment was done properly.After deducting the money from my account i didn’t receive any emails or confirmation of my order.Then i checked that payment page again and a small error message came that verification failed.ISeveral times i have tried to contact these idiots.They have a contact number which will never work,Fb messenger which is operated by a robot,a dispute section where you can create a ticket for your complaint but will never ever get a reply.My money is missing from last two weeks.I have contacted the bank and they told money has gone from my account but it will take another 5 to 10 days to get it back,but now they cannot assure that..If i don’t recieve anything,i will sue you .Now just get lost with your fake websites and customer services dramas.Hope you understood why am unsubscribing.

This is a great device I have only had it a few hours, but I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It hits exactly like I was hoping it would(airflow wide open on bottom,completely closed on top), the flavor is great, and I haven't seen any signs of leaking issues. I wish that I would have got this instead of the Oukitel Bison that I bought a couple of months ago. The Bison is a piece of garbage. The Wocket is far superior, in every possible way.

Wow! Once I recieve the pods I bought from elsewhere, since this device didn't come with any like the description states, I'm sure the device will be great. Very disappointed that eightvape hasn't contacted me nor has fixed the listing. I will look elsewhere for my vape needs.

Sweet looking paperweight 3 Stars. Like the others, I received no pod or coils. I shopped around and decided to give eightvape a try because the listing stated the pod and coils were included. Still awaiting response from customer service. Hopefully this will be resolved.

Not as described Bought this and cannot use due to there pathetic description that states it comes with pod cartridge and 2 extra coils. Now have this sitting on a shelf waiting on cartridge and coils from another site. Due to this site stating oops lost page like it never existed. Then I spend over 2 hours on hold over the course of 2 days because I never received the call back from a manager the following day as promised and no reply to my claim. Great way to treat a member and loyal customer or should I say former member and loyal customer.

Other then I received no pod The device is killer but when I bought this I didnt recieve a pod. I have to wait to get paid to get a pod. I've reached out and no answer just be weary when buying to grab a pod.

First time I've ever been disappointed The device is a 5 star but I'd give 2 stars on the person who wrote the content of the package This said it had a pod and 2 coils how the heck am I I sopose to use it with out a pod change the package includes to buy pod separately. Always have good experiences and spent Alot of money threw you guys. Not pleased
