I was sent a defective device the atomizer/tank will not attach whatsoever! I’ve been purchasing from this company for YEARS and I am baffled at the customer service I’ve received. I was stuck emailing back & fourth for WEEKS sending descriptive long messages describing my issues as requested also along with pictures, videos etc JUST to be told to send back the item and THEN they’ll send it through a reviewing process and determine the defects and if I will be sent a new one! Mind you I’m being told this AFTER them having me email back and fourth for weeks! I wouldn’t be nearly as upset if I was just told to send the kit back in the FIRST PLACE. I wish I knew how terrible the customer service was a long time ago before I spent thousands of dollars with this company!

The smok morph 219 is a decent mod, except that I dropped it and the base came off with the broken tank. The drop was maybe 6 feet. There's no tool to repair it and smok won't answer their customer service line.

Love the Morph! Strong and compact. Only downfall is the slide where you refill will open easily if you keep in your pocket.

Vape worked for two weeks, one of the two batteries is not connecting. Even though the battery is fully charged, it shows as dead, no juice, so the vape is trash.

I love this vape I do BUT this is my second one like this and neither has lasted longer than a few months before this happens... and then it always says no atomizer constantly So good vape but wish it lasted longer than a few months before it does this.

Love the Morph 219 kit from Smok! I bought a Smok Alien Species and after a few months the A battery side went dead. I thought it was just a fluke I liked the mod so I bought another Alien the same one. And what do ya know same thing happened after a few months the A battery compartment went dead! Do not buy a Alien Species! total junk! It was not until after I found alot of people online with the same issue. Anyhow I hope the Morph does not meet the same fate. If so I will never buy a Smok mod again. But right now I love it! I like the personal settings and the look of the screen. I do not use the lock feature. Love the small button on the upper left side for the screen unlock! The battery's easily last over 2 days on a full charge. I never use the usb charge input I have a 4 slot external charge unit which I would recommend. They are real cheap and do a much better job than the usb charge. The TF tank and coils for this unit are fantastic! I think my first TF mesh coil lasted nearly a month! Best coils ever great flavor through them. Eightvape is my go to site for my vape products. They have been great and their customer service is wonderful. Not to mention their prices are the best I've found! I recommend the Morph 219 kit and Eightvape for sure!

I have a SMOK Morph and I love the hell out of this thing. The coils last a while, customization options are great, and it's nice to look at to boot! If anything ever happened to this mod, I wouldn't even bother trying anything else. It helped me when I first started vaping and I will continue to be brand loyal to SMOK.

This combo is just plain awesome. Good battery life, great vapes, and pretty durable.. I am pretty bad about dropping my vape and this one is no exception. With as many times as I have dropped it I have yet to break the glass or the screen, which is amazing to me. The only problem I have (and I've been using this combo consistantly since I got it 6 months ago) is that now the battery door (which is on the bottom) Ddoesn't like to stay shut so I have to mess with it to get it to stay closed. Other than that, this is a fantastic combo, and if you are on the fence- just buy it.. you will be happy you did.

The mod is fantastic. It could use a firmware update to allow you turn down the brightness a bit on the display, but other wise, great mod. The TF tank is good, but the tiny, oddboall drip tip - which is difficult to replace - just gets too hot to use. Even with the airflow wide open, it gets too hot anywhere above 55 watts and I prefer to vape at 70. And I like my airflow much tighter than this will allow without burning my lips. 5 Stars for the mod, 2 stars for the tank.

Got this for $48 and definitely worth it. Solid tank, and I'm not a smok guy. I use my falcon and fireluke tanks mostly, but I'm impressed with this tank. Performs nicely. The mod itself is solid, about what you'd expect. Havent had it long do I don't know how itll hold up against scratches. Touch screen is good for what it is, I prefer simple interfaces like the drag or aegis legend, but the touch screen is responsive. It locks itself (still fires, just can't adjust settings) which can get annoying but the more I think about it the more it makes sense. You could change the settings without realizing if it didn't lock the screen. That's it for cons. It's good.

My first and the best Mod Kit!
As a beginner, this mod made me feel at home due to its amazing UI, very simple and straight forward. The build quality is really good, very well machined parts and very durable. The tank produces nice vapor and flavor. Coils last about a week, based on my usage I get around 1300 puffs on average per coil at 60W. Noticed the burning flavor at about 1380 puffs and eery puff averaging 3.5 seconds.
All in all, it is a good mod, aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic.

Good flavor tank and nice mod
I like this device has a cool touch screen for adjustments and a nice big side firing bar. I found a silicone sleeve for it on ebay for $10 that fits like a glove definitely want to keep this protected from drops and being knocked over. It does fire fairly quick and the batteries I have in it last me all day abd then some vaping at 54 watts.

As much as ppl said this mod leaked I’ve had it for a month and I haven’t gotten that problem. It’s really a more digital version of the Alien 220W (RHA). I can’t find coils at the local spots because the mod is so new but hey that’s what EightVape is for.

The tank is small hitting on it feels small when I’m used to a bigger trip tip when I turn it on sometimes I have to click it 10 times to turn it on it is a good mod when I get it on but I throw away the tank

Make a slightly bigger version of this and have it support 21700 batteries and also make a 100 watt single 21700 baby version and you'll get 5 stars from me. Other then that it works pretty well it's like the alien had sex with the g-priv and made a hybrid baby.

Do not waste your money on this kit. I just got mine and it feels really cheap the tank leaks constantly no matyer wat juice u run and the flavor is very muted for being mesh its even bad for a reg round wire coil. They got plenty of good mods on here dont buy smok stuff. They used to have good studf but they are mass producing way too many devices and not worryimg about quality anymore. Hell the qc card is printed its not a even a stamp smh

First off I got this last Wednesday and haven't put it down, I really am enjoying this mod and I'm not even Smok fan, but I do like being able to fit aa 30mm tank flush on any mod!
Its large 1.9" color touch screen is one of the best touchscreens I've used and the keyboard is a hit with me especially for easy unlocking! It fires almost as fast as a Voopoo Drag (almost), but thats still very fast! It has all the usual bangs, but comes with three new features. The touchscreen and keyboard as previously stated, but you also a customizable second input for quick unlocks and a screen backlight that has come in quite handy for myself in certain light pattern as I work in a well lit factory with fluorescent tubes and get off at twilight. The MY Mode is about as customizable as you can get for a decent price as well as the screen is fully upgradeable!
If your looking for the newest thing on the market you've definetly found it, enjoy!

Hurry and get these in stock. Element vape has them in stock & been selling them and cheaper then $70 for the kit. I'm knocking one star for the new forced coil change & not having 21700 battery compatibility. Its 2019 smok get with the times.
