I had a president coupon & went to use it at 4 till 6 a.m. but I kept getting a higher price. I spent days figuring out what I wanted. I just purchased another vape that will be here today & now gotta pay for the expensive shipping again! I’m not happy!!!!
I bought a month of Prime just to give it a shot and get the discounted shipping on future orders. Little did I know, if you opt out on the option to resubscribe (only pay the one time for 30 days and cancel resubscribing automatically after a month) they take away your benefits and the remaining days you had on your subscription. I had Prime for one whole day before cancelling monthly renewal, and my membership disappeared overnight, as well as my ten dollars I paid. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing this if you plan on not using it longer than a month, or you simply just want 30 days of membership without auto-renewal, they'll just take your money and tell you "it's in the policy". No refunds either!
Hell, I spend more on vaping than I ever did on smoking, but I like buying new vapes and flavors of juice to try, so the Prime membership has saved me a fortune on shipping.
Says it's on sale for a dollar, but when you add it to your cart it's actually $10. This is a massive scam, not only the "Prime", but the shipping prices as well. 9.95 and 7.95 in shipping for a package that is less than half a pound? Bring back the original shipping by weight. This is a ripoff.
The prime membership has to be the biggest scam and I can't even cancel it because it's not showing up and it's been well over a week since purchasing. Do yourself a favor and reconsider buying this big waste of money I'll probably just file a dispute with the credit card company and take my business elsewhere going forward since shipping here makes my purchases cost more than other sites.
I love the subscription. You can cancel the 98 cent shipping insurance that's a big discount. They also have shipping discounts I get offers out like crazy. For $10 a month if I wanted to wait once I get my stockpile then it will be worth the shipping cuz I paid $10 for shipping. It's just expensive to vape so I have to stockpile and then it will be worth the money but the 8% discount is actually pretty good. I got a really good shipping cost I just get the $10 one anyway and I tested out there discounted $3 and something shipping right and I'll see how it goes. They fulfill my orders they just did one like on Friday night. most of these reviews were written a long time ago so obviously changed since then. and they leave up bad reviews they are not a scam company because they leave these things right up for everybody and don't take them down. And they come from Las Vegas as stated. The ship to the east coast from the west coast is a lot quicker than shipping to the east coast from the East coast. I have ordered from other companies and they all stopped and want me to put my own nicotine in it shots into juice like it physically home-made this is much safer and they don't always have everything in stock but they have a pretty decent supply. I would like Novo to stuff to be available and more fresh pressed items to be in stock and that's my only complaints I had ordered from other companies in New Jersey and other places and the stopped shipping to where I am and this company is sending my stuff out and keeping me safe from making my own crap we're ordering fake juice from other countries. I recommend trying to get the membership again if you previously were one is maybe it didn't work for a while but literally they've shipped my orders out the same day Friday night they shipped it out.
We liked them enough to pay the membership fee. They have amazing prices but the membership fee is about $10 a month which gives you free shipping under a pound. Apparently a 120ml bottle is a pound because they won't ship 3 or 2, just one without charging $6.95. So I tried to get just one then go back for another. 1st order free shipping, second 1 bottle $6.95 shipping. Keep your membership fee and get 3 bottles for $6.95 shipping instead of paying $10 shipping for shipping one bottle. Ridiculous. Also, their website is glitchy and full of pop up offers that cover your item. Checking out is frustrating because it glitches and if it takes too long your item becomes "out of stock" while you are checking out. They suck. Still good prices though if you have the time to mess around. Took a few hours to make that order.

Not A Scam SMH I don't know what everyone is talking about when they say it's a scam because I purchased the Prime membership and it works great. I am very satisfied with the member prices and the free shipping plus all the other perks that come with being a Prime Member, so thank you 8 VAPE for making my vape shopping experience great.

BEWARE OF SCAM!!! This site is getting worse by the day, absolutely no customer service (no one answers phones, returns calls, or answers e-mail tickets)! Th8s membership is basically robbing you for zero benefits (not even the free shipping advertised)! Every time I've got a order in lately it has a different name (Magna, Ecig, etc.... except Eightvape, I'm assuming bankruptcy or avoiding lawsuits because they don't backup warranties because Geekvape told me they're are not a licensed seller like DNA, Discount, and Direct)! My advice is be very careful ordering Ejuice because they won't help if a mistake is made and buy mods elsewhere!

Spent 3 hours listening to elevator music & no one answered. Nobody and I mean nobody should be on hold for over an hour. I waited on hold for a rep for 3 hours and the system finally just hung up on me after exactly 3 hours this is ridiculous. I'd leave zero stars ,but it isn't a option.

Long time member not able to use perks or shipping discount This issue has been going on for about a week since I've noticed. Sent multiple help tickets no response. Call the cs number and just plays music. Did you guys shut down? Very angrily awaiting a response.

Wtf eightvape says my card is declined Have had this membership since September of 2018 and all of a sudden the perks stopped. Now it says my card is declined and I've tried 3 cards now. Everytime all of them say declined. I can use the supposedly declined cards to buy any product on this site except the membership. FIX YOUR SH!T EIGHTVAPE! Whats going On???????? membership perks are currently not not working!! Whats going on???
Started out great and went downhill from there I have attempted several times to check out but neither discount nor free shipping are being applied. When I click on the VIP program tab I get an option to sign up, rather than the thank you for being a prime member message I used to. Similarly, when I select the member exclusive deals it tells me it's a member exclusive, rather than show me the deals like it should. Problem started on June 28th and my discount and shipping are still not reflected when checking out. I have tried calling three times and all three times I have gotten no option menu or even an outgoing message, just automatically start hearing hold music for over an hour and no answer. Also tried opening a ticket and email but no response. I've stuck with eightvape and their VIP/prime program even though they sneak in benefit downgrades here or there but if this is not resolved soon I will just have to call bank and report as fraud as I am paying for a service which is not being provided.

What happend to VIP? I guess i can appreciate a "discount" on shipping and the cheaper prices that i cant find anywhere else, however who has ever ordered anything less than 1 lb for free shipment? Oh and now when you redeem your points they manage it so you have to spend a certain amount... What's that about? IDK 8Vape, i opted specifically for the VIP for free shipping... this is unfortunate how y'all did us. They made it significantly worse Used to give free shipping on all orders but now you have to make the order under 1 pound so I have to break up my orders into several which is the most annoying. I'm pretty sure they did this to make you pay more when they are running promos like "Spend $XX to get Mod or tank FREE" becasue then you either have to pay shipping to get the promo or break up your order and lose the promo but get the shipping free.

Would be 5 stars If the loyality button was moved. Eightvape please move the loyalty button out of the view on mobile phones. It's a pain in the arse to get to happy hour selection when the damn black loyalty button covers 90% of it. All you have to do is move it to the right side somewhere or just a little bit out of the menu selection screen. Its bad enough now that 1/3 of the screen is taken away for the stupid pop ups of someone buying something. I would like that reality space back on the mobile site. Maybe make the pop up and loyalty button smaller idk just fix it please.

Good 8vape has great prices to begin with so the discount and free shipping more than pay for the monthly fee. Fullfilment time can be a little slow and low stock can be a bummer at times but stock is usually replentified in a timely manor and the shipping is free so how can i really complain. It's a good deal

Started out great and has fell off since. Initially shipping was free regardless of order size and discount was higher for juice. Now discount is less and there’s a minimum order requirement for free shipping and it seems shipping isn’t nearly as fast as when I paid for it. Good idea, needs work to be great.
Discounts are good but don't always work I had to pay for shipping my last order even though I purchased the membership. I emailed customer service and still no response more than a week later. The VIP customer service is a joke. But as I said, the discounts are still worth it if you buy a lot of juice.

Seeming like a scam THey list off benefits you don't actually get. The prices for juice seem to be the same without VIP and the only thing that is even remotely somewhat decent is the free shipping. However on the free shipping it is fairly slow and I personally have been waiting forever for the completion of my first order. The last bit being a bottle of juice that isn't sold out and I haven't been notified at all as to why it hasn't shipped or when it will actually ship. Communication isn't the best both for what you actual get in terms of being VIP or for their shipping as a whole. VIP claims benefits you don't actually receive and for $10 a month even the shipping isn't as fast as I would like. If they would fix/clarify things better maybe it would either seem more worth it or let us know if we shouldn't even bother. Even in my account it says I am VIP but for some reason it shows as unfulfilled under my account orders. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Disappointed update I really wanted to like this membership upgrade. I've had it since day one, and after almost a month I want to say I am pretty dissatisfied. They also keep changing stuff like changing the coupon percent from 10% to 7%, changing free shipping to "free shipping on orders over $10" When I paid $5 for shipping back in the day, my product would literally be here within 2 days, 3 days max. Now, they take anywhere from 3-5 days to get the product out, and I'm STILL waiting on a carbon fiber fireluke mesh pro to ship out. It's 9/7 and I ordered it eight days ago on 8/30. You guys need to up your customer service game as well, those who replied to my tickets basically said "sorry for the inconvenience" and were of no help. These "VIP" products are not discounted at anything noticeable for the VIPs. EightVape used to be my Go-To site for everything, they had amazing prices and the fastest standard shipping around. You guys should AT LEAST make a poll for VIPs so they can collectively vote on whatever you guys are trying to push out, rather than change things up without our knowledge and hope we're "satisfied" with these changes that literally affect us negatively rather than positively. Save your money! You're not missing out on anything important! Free shipping is worthless if it takes OVER A WEEK to ship out / receive. I've been shopping at EightVape for a year now, they used to be the best but I am more tempted to start shopping at Breazy or VaporDNA now. It's a shame.
I wanted to like it... I don't believe it's good business practice to take someone's money for something, and then change it 2 weeks later. AT LEAST give your top customers notice before you change, and AT LEAST wait a month before you introduce the changes! Also, get someone else to do your customer service. I spent 30 minutes typing out a message to get a passive-aggressive response back from 'Justin' that was like 7 words. Absolutely ridiculous.
Doesn't work - No response to issue (Update) This is an update to my 8/30 review. I was contacted by 8vape apologizing for the issues, with an explanation that the program was new and they are working through the bugs. In addition they are transacting a refund to me in the appropriate amount requested. I completely understand how these issues could happen with a new start up program and will continue to keep the membership, trusting they will correct issues seen by many to this point. My only suggestion for 8vape is try to respond faster to help tickets. This will keep your customer satisfaction much higher.
Doesn't work - No response to issue Purchased membership 8/25. Purchase of $300+ product a couple hours later. Received free shipping but zero discounts (Most of order was juice that should have received 10% off). Submitted help ticket same day. It is now 8/30 and have had no response from company. Not even an automated reply. Will wait for a few more days. I like the website tremendously but the membership not good. Since I order once every 5 - 7 weeks, the membership will be an added unnecessary cost. I will wait a few more days and cancel membership if not resolved.

This wasn't the first time having a problem every time I put orders. Your customer service is getting worst and worst and you don't value them. You may have the cheapest price but if I'll be worrying for my orders then rather pay more to other shop than here and beside ain't that big difference and others have free shipping with 50$ purchase. Shipping worked, not the discount. I thought the membership would be a great idea, the shipping is worth it if you buy things throughout the month, but I never got the juice or hardware discount to work, it frustrated me so much that I just purchased my order anyways. why offer a dicount for juice and hardware of it's not going to work? I tried everything suggested such as logging out and back in and also cleared my cookies in my browser multiple times but it would never register correctly for me! I love using eightvape but I paid for a service that didnt deliver on the promised discount.
Almost a good deal! Signed up, put items in cart, does not give any discounts on the items purchased, (juice or hardware), and does give free shipping (slowest possible option)!! I’ve contacted customer service, open a support ticket and not received any response! If this does not work as stated then please do not take money from people who are expecting it to! It seems it only works for a few people....why wouldn’t it work for everyone?? Answers and solutions to this would be great, I would like to place an order but not until I get what I paid for! Pretty good I guess So the membership is worth it for just the free shipping if you order more than once a month. I didn't get the 10% off my ejuice that I ordered with it but the free shipping kicked in with no problems.

4 days and not shipped so I wanted to try this new Vip program , placed a order and it has not been shipped so im guessing this new program has horrible shipping times, and of course tried calling no working phones , open a ticket no response what so ever so ya don't think ill be keeping this membership if this the type of response and time of shipping, I expected my order this week at this point I guess I wont see it until next week.
Working as intended With all the early kinks in the program, I held off writing a review. Everything seems to have been worked out now (hopefully) and the discount code and free shipping option showed up when placing my order. We'll have to wait and see on the free shipping option (packaging, speed, etc), but as it stands, I'm saving a significant amount over what my order total would have been with shipping charges. Everything seems to be working as it should now, and given that I buy the majority of my juice / gear here - I'm glad to see it.
Update to previous review.... The discount code is hit or miss! The majority of the time it doesn't apply, or when i'm getting ready to check out it gives me an error saying my coupon isn't applicable to my order, or it doesn't fulfill coupon requirements. Ugh. I've wasted so much time logging in and out and clearing cookies. Very frustrating.
Too many problems This membership sounds good in theory but seems like there are too many problems. I'm not seeing any discount over the normal prices and the automatic coupon code that is supposed to apply isn't showing up for me. Please fix it.

Improvements to the VIPS I previously wrote a couple of reviews about the VIP Program, not the type of reviews I like to write. I was pretty sure that there was some technical issues going on though, and figured EightVape would fix it. I’m happier now that I was right! The Free Shipping is working and if you order twice a month~it’s already paid for itself! Thank you for the “bonus” and the great communication too!

Pay for free shipping? Sounds like a trap unless you order 2-3 times a month it doesn’t seem worth it to me. Other sites already offer free shipping and are based out of Nevada as well. I only purchase from here for the juices that are not available there.

How do you access the benefits? Check this out, I spend a whole lot of money here and I thought this membership would be great, however, I don't even know where to access the benefits? I mean what's the hole up? I was checking out everyone else's reviews and I'm not the only one with an issue. Also, I have tried to call and of course it always says that the phone system is down. That in itself has been going on for over a month. Another thing, I have put in a ton of help requests and have got no response; the only thing that happens is whoever is assigned the request, like "Cannonball or Kent"...they just close them without a response.
