don’t get me wrong i love these vapes but they start hitting on their own and i can’t get them to stop and i even had one explode on me yesterday. everything about them is great except for that. they just need to fix that and i’ll keep buying them

It took three weeks to get my order. One item didn't work. Then I had to go through the support team to generate a ticket. Send in a VIDEO! to prove my claim. Can't call anyone. Ticket has to be started in the first 48 hours. If a replacement is shipped to me, I have to pay for shipping to and from. I'll never use you again. Your company sucks. Do the right thing? NOT.

I really like these because they have a port to charge to extend the life of the battery. But out of ten I had four duds. The package was filled with fluid when I opened them and to late to return.
