After reading all of the negative reviews, I had to look into the logistics myself and who the company works with. I was satisfied with the info that was provided, as well as the carrier (next door to them). I ordered March 1st and the order was shipped by 1PM Local the next day. I received it 2 weeks later, on a Sunday, which is almost unheard of. The juice "Peach Rings" isn't exactly what I had in mind, but wow.....it is delicious! I'm using a bape from 2014 and this juice still hits fresh as ever (new coils and cotton of course). Customer service was delayed by less than a day, but I got a prompt responce as to what my shipment status was. Just wait.... read their shipping page, and just understand it's hard for businesses to get going again during or after COVID. I'm very happy with vape / 8cig and I feel comfortable in saying I'll pick them again in the near future.
