Will Any Tank Fit My Vape?
Usually, if you have a box mod. Most box mods and tanks use the standard 510 thread connection, so most tanks will screw onto most mods. Before you buy, check two things:
- Diameter. A tank that’s wider than your mod will overhang the edge. It still works, but it looks and feels off.
- Power. Sub-ohm tanks need a mod that can deliver enough wattage for their coils. Check the coil’s recommended wattage range against your mod.
Pod kits usually can’t take a tank. Pod systems use their own pods rather than a 510 connection. Some pod mods support tanks with an adapter, such as the Geekvape E100 510 Adapter.

Use freebase e-liquid at lower nicotine strengths in sub-ohm tanks. High-strength salt nic isn’t suited to sub-ohm vaping.
