I used this device for 2 years and liked it until I found the pods were always out of stock. I still had pods left but my device stopped working so I ordered 2 new ones. I also ordered the Smok Solus from another site. Wow, what a difference! Now this one just sits. It's like vaping air. I don't like it anymore and wish I hadnt just bought 2!

I love knowing that these are available at such a low price. I finally got my broken ones replaced by SMOK.com Just a note for anyone trying to turn these in under warranty....the Novo 2 has a 12 month warranty and the Novo 3 only has a 6 month warranty. If you want to ask for a replacement to Smok.com they only take the 6 month warranty items. You have to email them to replace the 12 month ones. And it takes about 12 months to get them replaced so - good thing they aren't really expensive here!!! You can just buy another one while you wait for the SMOK.com customer service. I love Eight Vape.

I like your prices, but you need work on your customer service. After putting in my order, over a $100 and getting a confirmation that was the last I heard for several weeks. I tried your chat but said they would get back and that was that. waited 4 more days and disputed the charge. 3 more days and my order arrived. I cancelled my dispute. The end.
Don't charge till item ships. A simple email would help if there is a problem. Don't have a chat unless your for real on problem solving. When my order finally did arrived, I was completely satisfied.

I got this to get off my juul because of how uncertain their future was (and how freakin’ expensive they are). I regret nothing! This thing is great. It packs a punch and delivers a ton of flavor with minimal effort. My only qualm is that it doesn’t really give you a warning or a way to check how the charge level is doing. You can be green and then red from one hit to the next. With that being said the battery lasts for DAYS rather than hours (for the juul) and it takes no time at all to get it back up to full power. No regrets! So much better than the juul.

I haven’t got to use it yet because it was damaged when it arrived. The resolution center says that I have been approved for replacement but it’s been saying that for more than 2 weeks and still hasn’t sent another one or told me if I need to send this one back

I have just now sent in my second device in the past 3 months back to SMOK Tech to be replaced under warranty. It is just this color device I think because I never had such problems with other colors. I could be wrong but, hopefully they replace the devices. I went through the warranty process and am just waiting to receive my replacement. I don't think it is Eightvape.com responsibility to replace it for me because it is still under warranty with the manufacturer, which is 6 months. You can do it all online.....so we shall see how it turns out.

I keep reviews of people who are super unhappy and have unresolved issues. I have not experienced this. I had shipping issues because of the USPS banning vape product issue. It is obviously going to take a minute to iron out all the bumps. But I have NEVER had an issue that EightVape Support has not fixed.
They have great customer service and you have to assume that they are just a little smaller company and don't have massive staff. If you want cheap prices you have to give on something else. They fix all issues if you give them a little bit of time. Usually they are pretty fast. I had an issue with dropping off at a UPS drop off location but it wasn't entirely Eight Vapes fault. They have great inventory and great prices!!! Their shipping is even affordable. So, while all you are complaining I am sitting here content that they never leave me hanging and they are my go to for all vape products. Thank you EightVape!!!!
Oh and the Novo 3 that I bought is the 3rd one I have bought. I love them. They last at least a year (even with heavy use) and SMOK has them under warranty for the first 6 months. Don't throw away your box until youare past 6 mos. or you will regret it, if something happens to your device out of your control. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT COMPANY, GREAT SELLER/SHIPPER. A++++

I haven't been able to figure out much difference between the Novo 2 nd the Novo 3 yet. I did notice that the Novo 2 has a 12 mo. warranty and the Novo 3 only has a 6 mo. warranty. They usually last about 1 year for me, but I am really hard on mine. As long as you don't get them wet they should last you about 12 mos. Great devices and pods are interchangable unlie what people say. Also, you don't have to use salts juice like people say either. I interchange the pods for 2 with 3 and 3 with 2, and I use whatever juice I want. The more watery juices tend to leak so I wouldn't recommend but other than that as long as it doesn't get really hot you should be fine. GREAT DEVICE!! beginner or long time vaper......you will like it.

I absolutely love this pod device vape pen! If you are looking for something simple then this is definitely the route to go! All other mods or vape pens I've bought get confusing with having to switch out the coils and having to know what wattage to set it at to get the perfect throat hit without burning your throat. This is simple and easy and hits perfect every time! You don't have to replace a coil, you just replace the cartridge which already has the coil installed in it. There's no option to turn up or down the wattage which makes things so much easier and less complicated. I love the fact that all I have to do is fill up a pod cartridge and insert it into the Novo 3 battery and then just draw the perfect hit every time! No buttons, no coils, not even an on/off switch! Super easy with the perfect throat hit every time!

The novo lineup has been great to me for almost 2 years now. This recent novo 3 is garbage. The standard pods don't fit right, have to keep part of my thumb over the air holes to even get a hit out of it, and the battery lasts less than the novo 2 I've been using for 10 months that it was supposed to replace! Good thing I bought 2 of these, after a few terrible days I'm now charging up the other novo 3. Also shipping took a few weeks.

I LOVE 8Vape. I tell all my vaping friends to go there when they are not supporting their local vape shops. Your prices are 50% cheaper off the jump and I have used a discount code for a percentage off on all but 1 of my purchases I think. I wasn't impressed with my last mod but that is on Smok. Pictured is what I fell back to and LOVE, just wish there were more cases for it.

Eightvape is great with prices on hardware and carries juice I can't find locally. The Novo 3 is excellent. The coils/pods last me quite a while. I like that the charge light goes out when done charging. Novo 2 didn't do that. The battery lasts quite a while. I use 50/50 juice.

GREAT! The Novo 3 is perfect for the pocket including the one that has your wallet in it. It's the same as carrying a Bic lighter. I'm not as crazy about the 0.8 Ohm coil as much as the 1.4 Ohm coil that fits this. The only upgrade I can see from the Novo 2 is that on the 3 the charging light goes out when fully charged and the 2 just stays green leaving you guessing when it's at full charge. I use 50/50 juice even though the manual recommends 70/30.

Your Customer Service is terrible. My vape kit contained two pods, which can only be defined as “defective.” Within two weeks of limited use, both pods had burned out. I reported this to 8Vape and was told “take it to the manufacturer.” This is unacceptable, and bad business. I bought from you, and you have an obligation to make it right. I have no further interest in dealing with 8Vape any further.

I was charged 6.95 for signature delivery...funny, i didn't have to sign anything. This is my 4th Novo 3 and until now I loved the convenience of them but this new one would not hold a charge for more than a few hours. Because I didn't open the package within 48 hrs of delivery and find out that I had been shipped a defective device, Eightvape said there was nothing they could do. Policy states that problems have to be reported in a 48 HR time period....as I said this is my 4th unit...the 2nd or possibly 3rd from Eightvape and I didn't need to rush opening the pkg immediately upon delivery since I have 2 others currently in rotation. Not going to give up on smok products at all because they are usually a reliable product....no leaking issues at all which is a big bonus. My last purchase from Eight vape though....I can drive 2 miles from home and get the same device for about the same charge as Eightvape considering shipping and their signature charge added on. If you do order from Eightvape you'd better rip that package open immediately and check it out or your left with defective junk.
