I emailed them 10 days after I ordered and that's when they finally picked and shipped. No apology, no expedited shipping, nothing. It's been a month now and I am still waiting for a shipment date. Asked for help to get a refund bc it’s obviously lost somewhere and they tell me to wait. If you live on the east coast just go elsewhere. $115 and a month + later, I’m still having to go elsewhere

To all the idiots saying the juice was spoiled please shut up, Custard flavoring naturally darkens and oxidizes over time plus in your photo you show a 6mg which will always be dark because it's been steeped and oxidizes slightly, you're complaining that you got a pre steeped bottle for the same price as a 10ml costs 2 yrs ago.

Not bad. I was hoping a little more on the Vanilla. Bottle says 75% custard and 25% vanilla. Its a very sweet flavor with little distinction between vanilla and custard. Not bad but probably won't buy again.
