Pod Juice Jewel Mint 30ml Nic Salt Vape Juice

I never received my order of which was ordered and paid for on November 30, 2021. I've emailed AT LEAST 22 times and FINALLY WaS told l'd be receiving a full refund. However, it never came. I then emailed AT LEAST 10 more times and was told I had the wrong department and was given ANOTHER email address. I've emailed said new address SIX times with ZERO response and needless to say, NO REFUND. I believe I have been scammed and now I am being forced to take the necessary measures. All of this for 56.00!!!! Wow! I will never, ever order from these people again NOR would I recommend this company to anyone! This is so frustrating and completely unacceptable! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE of which I'm still experiencing this nightmare! WOW!

I never received what I ordered. I've emailed support twice, and the shipping company has tried repeatedly to contact them to let them know that they lost the package. The drop shipping company refuses to provide any additional contact information beyond the support email, so I'm out $65 and there is nothing I can do about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I had been using another place that had higher prices, higher shipping and charged me a fee for having to sign to make sure I am over 21. I’m 50!! I didn’t think that extra charge was necessary. So I have found a new place now to get all of my vape supplies:)
