I bought this in August 2019 to replace my old MVD3.0 that had been reliable for several years. It's been eight months and the Nova is falling apart starting with the USB port sheath. My income is very limited so I need my purchases to last, and this is disappointing.

The Nova is the most underrated mod I’ve purchased in the past year. The temp control suite is excellent. It is a miser with the batteries also. Lasts all day even pushing 50 watts in power mode. I use this primarily paired with my saionara tank and it’s a match made in heaven. Ni mode. 40 watts. Play with the temp and your meds will shine.

Eight Vape is a joke!
I ordered this awesome Kit and paid extra for expedited shipping. Vape came in and I ordered 2 batteries with it and only one showed up. I had to jump through hoops to get them to agree to send me another one. It’s been over two weeks since I’ve ordered this and they still haven’t sent me the battery. I had to go buy extra batteries locally so I could use this awesome vape. It was a waste of time to pay the extra shipping to get my mod here in 2 days. I can’t believe customer service like this!!! Broke 2 months after buying. Abandoned.
5th hardware dud. Screen died, device wouldn't recognize full battery charge, but charging by USB worked for a while until it ate the metal hack. Now,it's a goner. The few weeks it did function, the draw wasn't that great. Though it got great reviews in 2019, it was a great disappointment for me.

My cheapest yet fondest mod.
This mod is really a great chipset in a forgiving box. Took a belt sander to it, rounded the edges. It has enough extra metal to accommodate this to my pleasant surprise. I got the red version for like 18 bucks. I don't like red so broke those panels off and replaced them with really cool grain wood panels. Thing looks epic and fires better than mods that cost me 100 plus. It is cheap on sale so you can go at with powertools and make it into a 1 of a kind badass mod, or you can wreck it and be out less than a 20 spot.
By the way even after sanding it down my ex girlfriend threw it into traffic,it got ran over 3 times and still works better than that relationshit did.

I wasn’t so sure about the Nova before I ordered because it was only 18 bucks, but to my surprise it’s an amazing little mod! I’ve been using it pretty consistently for a few months now, I’ve dropped it quite a few times and no issues with it other than a little piece of the battery cover chipped off when it hit my kitchen floor after I knocked it off my counter. The Cerberus tank uses baby beast coils and Aero Mesh coils, which are amazing and seem to last me at least a week. She’s also a very pretty mod, love the colors and easy to use display. When it goes on Sale, you really can’t go wrong with this mod, it’s a steal!

I am on my 3rd mod and although I love it I keep having problems with it.. the screen goes dark making it impossible to adjust or see battery life. The first 2 have done this within 2 months of use! Price is low, mod seems well built but find it odd that both have done this so soon after use. Hoping for longer life on my present one. Love the colors and feel. Made like the DRAG but much cheaper.

It's light, powerful and if you like the old ipv3 li or any of the older box mod style mods you will love this.
I didn't have high hopes for the Cerberus tank, but I was completely blindsided by the flavor, the mesh coils are really, really good.
You will not be disappointed with this kit.

Even though the mod is a little boxy it feels great in the hand. The box feel is no worse then the Drag, which most people love. The screen is easy to read and gives all the info you need. The tank is not one of my favorites although I love the coils. The topcap on the one I got was very loose and would turn to easily. The airflow seemed a bit turbulent as well. I wish they would have packaged this with the Aero Mesh tank instead as it was better. Overall I would recommend this.

This is a good looking, powerful and fast firing mod. For the price it’s a steal. Battery life with TC is pretty good. The screen is very simple and classic. The battery door is magnetic and has a depending on the color some play (the Cobalt has less than the Onyx). The resin panels on the Onyx are plain; the Cobalt has the slightly corrugated resin surface.
The Cerberus tank with the included mesh coils provides a great flavor and lasts long. I got over 3000 puffs at a mid-wattage out of each coil before the flavor reduced.

This is a great mod, I'm glad I purchased it. The tank is superb and the mod itself although being super light is also great. Make sure when getting coils to get the supermesh. They have great flavor and good vapor production. 9/10 only because the battery bay is sometimes hard to put batteries into.

So I bought the Nova on a whim after seeing the $20 price tag and thought "Why not. If it sucks, its only $20." After being delivered a day early, I was very pleasantly surprised. Thick body, aesthetically pleasing, love the resin panel colors and textures. Powerful, sturdy 200w mod and sleek metallic Cerberus tank. Quick response trigger and buttons. Not a huge fan of the magnetic battery door as it rattles a bit and kinda makes it feel cheap but I can get over a trivial issue like that. Especially considering the low price. Same coil for weeks with no degradation of flavor or cloud production and not even a hint of a leak in the tank. I would recommend this to any fan of high power vaping and massive cloud production. Most definitely will not be my last GeekVape purchase. Money well spent. All around solid vape.

Bought one of these a while ago. Was so happy with the original I ordered a backup for myself & 2 for my girlfriend. 8vape had a great deal ($20 for the kit!) & Turnaround was excellent.
The TC on these mods is great. Wattage curve is a really nice feature. Even though we're inundated by attys, it's nice to have a couple emergency backups. The tank I wish was a bit better than what they paired it with, but for the price it's barely worth mentioning at this price.

I bought 2 and the chipsets work awesome. It’s made out of a really light weight aluminum I wouldn’t say whimpy. Atleast we don’t have to worry about chipping paint. I’ve been vaping on the same coil chain vaping and have left my other mods alone and I’m still getting great fresh sizzling flavor and I usually use rta. So I bought 3 more off a frined of mines account. I kept one of those. And I just ordered one for a friend. Buttons seem sturdy. I don’t see a reason why this couldn’t last a year or more and I do rough work. At this price you won’t find a better deal. I’m all about functionality and this thing has it. My only complaints is I won’t ever click any of the red rectangles up top that day get this or that for a dollar or for free again. I’m afraid I’ll end up paying full price by mistake they obviously only want to refund by mailing paying shipping going to the post office. This deal is good enough. So far I haven’t got a lemon. Always check YouTube for how to fix common issue videos. I’ve wasted a lot of money on wismec after having only one to last. You won’t find this geekvape model on their so that’s a good sign. I shop at eight vape because they usually have the best deals. I practice honesty and I wish everyone did. We all can stand some improvements. But I’m pretty stocked up with stufff from 8 vape. So that should say a little something.

Got on sale here, and it is a bargain. Mod looks clean and the magnetic door is slick. I don't use my others any more. Only downside is that it will drain the batteries quite low before the protection kicks in, but if you pay attention then that's no biggie! Tank is hands down amazing and now my daily driver as well.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Just got the Nova today and it will not turn on unless its plugged in and charging, even then it won't fire any of my tanks telling me protection atomizer short. Tried multiple sets of batteries and tanks to no avail. Frustrated and will be returning and likely never purchasing a Geek Vape mod again.

Geek Vape Gets Me!
I'm not into the FLASH BANG FIZZY POP type of gear. It's all a bit immature and ridiculous IMHO. I have been vaping for 8 years and have seen trends come and go. This mod will look good today,tomorrow and 10 years from now it will still look good. It functions as it should. Fires nice and fast. Easy to use. But, that last star is left off because for 1, it doesn't come apart. So if I needed to re solder anything it would be a big pain. And for 2, the tolerance on the battery door could be much better and for 3, it does fire a bit under wattage. Other than that I absolutely love it and none of my "Cons" are deal breakers by any means. And 8vape is just THE BEST!!

Bought the kit on sale & I am very pleased with my purchase. The mod fires almost instantly & the fire button makes it difficult to accidentally fire. The menus are simple & easy to navigate & the mod itself is very durable. I've had 6 or 7 mods & the Nova performs better than all the other regardless of the tank used. The Cerberus tank is a good tank, but I perfer my Freemax mesh pro or Smok prince v12. If I didnt have those tanks the Cerberus would be perfectly suitable. Overall a great package.

I bought this mod (as a backup) because of the price! Low and behold 4 hours after ordering it, my only mod stopped working. In the meantime I limped through with my pod devices and probably a pack of cigarettes (that reminds me, I need to order a back up again) When it came in early (Thanks 8vape!) it looked amazing! The resin surface feels like a harder rubber, which I really like and it is wavy on both sides. It feels really good in my hand and it is not too heavy or too light. The assembly is great, nothing feels loose, also the positioning of the atomizer works nicely! This goes up to 200w, I have yet to go over 100 though. I would like to see a firelock safety on the next one, although the buttons have a decent enough resistance to avoid minor accidental firings!

I never removed the sub-ohm tank from the box, but the mod worked fine. Well, it worked fine for a short time. I have quite a few mods and RBAs, so I keep a different e-liquid in them and rotate between them throughout the day. Since I have so many and rotate between them, I don't use them as often as some do. After 7 months of light use, the screen stopped working on my Nova mod. Its never been dropped and looks flawless, but it's unusable. GeekvapeUS warranty department is a joke too. They won't do anything for my Nova because of age which is understandable, but wouldn't do anything to my Blade the day I received it directly from Geekvape! Some of the Geekvape atomizers are alright, but I'll never buy another Geekvape mod. An online search will show you many other people who's Nova screen has failed

Great Mod, not sure about the tank, I don't use subohm tanks anymore. Menu system is simple, buttons are nice, the panels are nice, but they do have an edge, they are not rounded. I have quite a few mods and this is one of my favorites right now.

This has to be the best vape product I've ever used!!! I have no idea why people have such high complaints, if you can make a better vape mod, go make one and show me. Shit I've bought three and the only complaint I have is my dumbass dropping it. Easy to use, works great, 5 to 200 wat, different types of atomizers, comes with extra attachments etc... Live and work on a farm so heat and grass clippings can be problem so what keep it in the shade and clean it everyday. Best coil ever as well, been through every company besides geekvape and should have found them sooner" on different websites of course" Best vape mod I've ever had going to buy a fourth just for the hell of it.

Great mod, but it has a flaw
I love this mod; it’s better than the vape flask I was using. It does everything it’s supposed to without any problem. The only reason I gave this 4 out of 5 stars is that the ramp up is so fast on this that it fires when turning of or going into the menus. Otherwise this is great. I have yet to try the included tank, only because I have a PSO Crown 4 on it. Great combination. Perhaps there will be an update that will fix the superfluous firing, in the future. I would still recommend this to anyone.

I bought this because of an awesome sale price and because I have 2 other Geekvape boxes that are awesome. This box is a good size even for small hands. Resin looks great and menu is sparse but has the essentials. However, the battery door. Oh My GOD. Where to start. It is super loose and has a lot of play side to side and up and down. More with batteries in it. Holding it gives you the feeling it is going to fall off in your hand. Constant feeling of movement while holding is quite annoying. Very disappointed.

Really got the kit for just the mod, but after using the tank, I'm impressed by both. The mod is pretty straight forward. Easy to hold, nice rounded edges, and it fires up quicker than my other mods. Great MOD and Tank but COILS ARE HORRIBLE
I gave it a 2 because of the COILS. The mod and tank are great but the MESH X1 coils that come in this tank are horrible in my opinion. If the mod has been sitting for while without being fired you will get SPIT BACK and a very HARD throat hit. It smooths out after a couple of draws/fires but thats a deal breaker on the coils for me. I removed the coil and do see that the cotton is overly saturated. May just be a defective coil i would not know but when i replaced the coil with one of my Vaporesso GT Cell Ceramic coils WOW what a difference. No spit back and no harsh throat hit right off the bat. Like i said great MOD and Tank but do not recommend using the included Mesh coils unless you have no choice. Oh and yes they got very backed up during the holiday so shipping has been delayed for many people including myself. But i did receive my order this week finally.

Surpassed expectations
Have used many mods from dna 200 to reuleaux 200s. Bought this kit for 20 bucks and couldn't be happier. The fact it fires down to .05 in wattage mode is exactly what I needed. Fit and finish is excellent. You really can't go wrong. I usually don't even like sub ohm tanks but the included cerebus deal isn't half bad as far as flavor and vapor production as well as matching the mod color for a cosmetic score. Mods big enough that most my rda's and rdta's fit with no overhang. Any that do are minimal and still look alright. If you are on the fence on this one I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this mod so long as it functions properly.

This kit is worth more than the 30 they are asking. Picked this kit up for 20 bucks during flash sale. I am more than pleased with this kit. The mod is very snappy not as bad holding it as what the pictures look like.the tank included is really awesome nice thick flavorful clouds. Also it is compatible with tfv8 coils if mesh isn't your thing. You cannot go wrong with this mod one of the best kits I have gotten for the price,it is cheaper than most pods systems I really do not know why this mod is so cheap haven't had any issues if I do not a big loss I pay 20 bucks to eat somewhere so you cant go wrong with this to add to your collection

Picked this up for $30 before the sale. This had already been out a while, but to me, that just means it's a proven mod with a good track record. It's small, has good battery life, good features & it fits well in my hand. It's not as boxy as it looks. TC is passable/decent, and it has TCR curves should you need them. My only complaint is that the battery door has a bit of play. The included tank is actually really good with the x1 mesh coil. Flavor intensity is between Freemax Mesh Pro double & triple mesh coils, and has a bit more accuracy that any of the Mesh Pro's coils. Coil lifespan isn't as good as the Mesh Pro's, but it's still quite nice.
In summation, this is a good kit, and you should buy one.

Are you serious? I jumped on this $20 regulating box mod & mesh coil 5ml tank duo and have been sucking on it like a new born baby for almost a week. Two cons for me; press the fire button 5x each time batteries are changed, and it would be nice to have a little roundness on the corners of the mod. Other than that, this is a sweet, sweet deal. It's lighter than my VooPoo Drag too. Thanks 8!!!

I got only a few puffs before it stopped working and then it stopped being able to read that I had a coil in. Tried new coil, still reads no atomizer or whatever it says. Contacted EightVape, no response. Kind of a lack luster experience.

Didn’t get 5 stars since I ordered it two days before the flash sale and they wouldn’t give me the discount. I emailed them to ask if I should cancel an re-order with the discount but they never answered. Paid 30 for it and should have only paid 19.99. I decided to get this mod because of the flash sale & $19.99 is one heck of a deal. I'm so glad I did. It actually surprised me, I originally purchased it for my mom. I have a VooPoo Drag 2 & she loves it so after reading the reviews & doing my own research I figured she would like it. Well lets just say I actually used it for like the first week before giving it over to her. The only thing I personally didn't care for is the tank it came with. I have the FreeMax on my Drag & the flavor is just awesome so I could tell that I if I had decided to keep the NOVA for myself that I would put my FreeMax on it. However my mom is okay with the tank it came with. Going from a NeBox to a NOVA is a big step up and she is completely satisfied with this set up. I'm debating on purchasing an extra one just for myself. If you are on the fence I say go for it!!!

But I I have tried contacting this company via their messaging system and tried numerous times to call during business hours with no answer. I received my order Sat 6/29/19. Their policy says to contact within 72 hours. It’s now Mon 7/1/19. I messaged on Sat and again today & never received automated conf. of receipt. Geekvape makes well engineered and high quality products. The Nova is no exception. Rip Tripper left a review to watch and you have all the details listed so let me add a few things.
This tank has the tip integrated with the tank and screws off with a half turn to fill. This could be a bad thing but because Geekvape designed it so well with details it works great
Seals well and I like the wide bore mouthpiece. There is even a tiny hole in the top to act as a vent. This tank can use many coils. The Geekvape ones it comes with are good and I only use mesh coils now. But there are many coils that will fit this tanks. It is the same size a Smok Baby Beast or Big Baby Beast etc use.
The mod had good paint which is a matte finish like the tank.
I have a Geekvape Aegis Legend Limited Edition which uses the same chip as this and is a great mod and tank. I felt lucky to get a magnesium alloy one for $52. That mod is armored.
But I like the Big Baby Beast size coils and have a few brands of tanks that share the same coil.
When I saw this was on sale for $30 (and I had a $5 discount) it took no time at all to buy one and after using it for a week it is super nice as expected. Geekvape even has an excellent customer service department that cares about their products.
At $30 if you are thinking about it just get one. You wont be disappointed with this kit for this price. I continue to be impressed by the attention to detail and consistent high level of quality from Geekvape.

The Nova is a good mod.
It has the usual high quality and good design I have come to expect from Geekvape. The body paint and resin applied seem like they wont lose their good cosmetic look from normal use. The Cerebrus tank is well built and the mouthpiece which is part of the top and is wide and comfortable to use. You can adjust the air intake which will act much like having a smaller tip but I like it much more than removable drip tips. The magnetic battery door seems to stay in place fine. The spring loaded ends for the batteries seem like the will have excellent contact with having enougb room for slightly different length 18650s where some will dent and even ruin batteries by pushing in a positive end. The tank comes with the Supermesh coils which are the same size to fit in the Big Baby Beast and several other tanks that use the same size coils. I have used these coils for a long time and like them. I have a few coils I like and none are the Smok brand. I have never had a dud from these coils.
So for this low price it is easy to recommend buying this. You will get a quality mod and tank that has great flavor at low wattage (I use 37-39 watts when the coil is broken in) and really no negatives.

I've had this for a few months now and it's a great Mod...Zero issues with it ever. Looks and feels great, I don't know why people complain that it's "boxy" because it's really not. It is definitely square or cube shaped, but in a really good way. I get a lot of compliments on it and I use it daily...Tough and durable, and it hasn't lost it's soft rubbery coating over all these months either. I love this thing and I'm sure you will too...

Out of my Aegis Legend & Nova, this is my go to mod!
I have the Legend & the Nova; did lots of research before getting the Nova as a back up mod but I use the Nova most of the time. I've read they have the same chipset, but the Nova's weight is a lot lighter & it's easier to change batteries for me. It isn't as rugged, but for just regular things, I carry the Nova. It's a battery life is really good. (which can last me a couple days on regular 2500mah 25r batteries). It is pretty simple to use and the cerberus tank is nice. I use the super mesh coils 30-90w (the same that comes with this kit) and get awesome flavor from it at about 55 to 65w The price on here was the best & trust me, I researched. This only took about 3 or 4 days to get to me; which was awesome, I was so happy to receive it! EightVape's shipping is pretty good. I've ordered twice more since then and everything has taken a week or less to get to me. Very happy with all my purchases here so far.

I LOVE my Nova
I upgraded from a Smok H-Priv to this Nova. I put DAYS worth of research into finding the perfect vape for me (I had also been off of it for a while. I'm inconsistent, what can I say?). I got the cobalt and silver resin one. I love the color and design. I wish the Gunmetal Onyx was available when I ordered mine, though. There is plenty of power and it's very light weight in comparison to other mods I've held. The screen changes colors and the menu is very user friendly (as long as you actually read the manual). I never end up triggering it in my pocket and I always leave it on and unlocked. The tank puts out loads of flavor. My husband will leave his crown 4 and steal my Nova from me. Great power, especially for price. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase!

It's a nice mod, and while perhaps a bit "boxy" like a Voopoo Drag it does feel good in hand and is light. More important for me, it performs well in power and TC though I rarely use that. Wish the Cerebus drip tip matched to the resin design of the mod.

You can't beat this mod for the price
The resin is soft and grippy with a matte surface to it, the screen is clear and has different color options, all for such a great price. Im very impressed with the entirety of this mod. Hits quick and as you would expect the set wattage to feel. The buttons are soft but clicky, not loose feeling. You just won't be disappointed.

Very good unit, but not great
The Geekvape Nova kit is a solid unit with a nice selection of options that are easily accessible. The controls remind me of the Aegis Lengend, in all likely hood it is the same setup as the Legend. The finish on the metal is evenly applied and the resin panels have nice coloring and a smooth finish. The included Cerberus tanks functions well and, as a little bonus, it is compatible with Smok V8 Baby coils, though the included Geekvape mesh coils provide very fine performance on their own. There are a few drawbacks that need to be mentioned. This box mod is very much that.... A box.... With sharp corners and all. This unit would have been that much better had Geekvape rounded the mod off a bit. Think the difference between the older Voopoo Drag and the new Drag 2. The battery door fitment could be improved. As it stands there is a considerable amount of movement in all directions. As for the tank the only downside is the included low profile drip tip, as a personal preference I like a taller tip so my lips do not end up touching the actual tank.

I ordered the gunmetal ember resin and it looks so much better in person . Its extremely light. Love the chip. The diameter on the top is smaller then I expected but tank fits perfectly. 5/5 would recommend.
