I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and still have not received it nor have I even received any tracking info. Customer service email was a total waste of time. I am extremely disappointed. Seems like they took the money and ran! I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN.

I like the fruit monster great berries. It does burn through coils faster than normal ones tho but it's still great.

I am reading all these bad reviews about Eight Vape and I feel bad for all of you and I get the frustration but I have to tell my story. A few years ago I would have totally agreed with all of you that their Customer Service was CRAP...I could never get a hold of anyone even for items that I had not received but the last year they have CHANGED...at least for me. Twice I have needed replacements and they have complied without argument and were extremely polite and professional. I am a VIP member now and I always get my discount and free shipping but remember it is not free shipping on all orders, it's for orders under 1lb and over $10. Although lately I have received free shipping on everything. I sometimes place 5 orders a week and never have a problem. With my membership I just order anytime I think of something I want I don't worry about waiting till I get a big enough order to get free shipping or make the cost worth it. Their prices are excellent, shipping is fast, processing is fast and their customer service is not the best but it's good in my opinion. Hope everyone gets their stuff resolved. Love to all...Be Safe

Hi, Disgruntled Customer here. I'm updating my review, because I actually went ahead and bought this product.
I advise you all not to purchase this Fruit Monster - Mixed Berry. It is insanely harsh, and I mean like to an extreme even at 3mg.
I steeped it for weeks, as well as power steeped it with the hot water method. I understand it is a relatively new product and needs time to "settle" for better flavor, but this is ridiculous. I almost can't even distinguish the flavor from how harsh it is. Unless you enjoy a throat hit to the max, where you can't even enjoy the flavor, then by all means go ahead and buy this. Personally I think you're better off buying Juice Roll Upz - Wild Berry for a smooth, and delicious mixed berry flavor.

EightVape Prime states that you're supposed to get free shipping on products under 1lb, right? Why are there items, such as the new Fruit Monster - Mixed Berry, and for example the $1.99 Cotton Bits are not eligible for free shipping? I've noticed there are items that do not include free shipping even though they are under one pound. I find some of these practices sketchy because they're misleading, I think they are listed as over 1lb even though it's first class? Why am I paying for EightVape Prime if I don't get free shipping, the literal only reason EightVape Prime is worth it, on certain items? I added a Lemon Twist juice to the order, with the Mixed Berry and the shipping became free. I don't understand, and I know a LOT of customers are unhappy with some of the misleading practices on this website. I've spent a shit ton of money on this website, but lately the overall quality of the company and customer service has gone down and I'm disappointed. I've seen EightCig's employee reviews, I've seen countless consumer reviews on EightVape, and especially how you guys pushed fake reviews on the Moti all in the course of a couple days, AS WELL AS remove NEGATIVE reviews from the listing? Someone please enlighten me, what the hell is happening to what used to be one of the best vape websites to purchase from?
