This is the third time in the last year they have delivered my package to the wrong address. The first two times they corrected the problem. This third time they don’t seem to care . I’ve been doing the leg work myself trying to find my $180 purchase. Here we are three weeks since the wrong delivery and I still haven’t received my package. I will not purchase from them again if this issue is not resolved.

I have been a customer with EightVape for several years. My last order( EV1983927) which was placed 8/2/23 for $81.69 was never delivered to me, even though it states that was. Not even my signature !
I contacted GLS, the carrier and they didn't even have my order(tracking number)on file, so it was not delivered to me. It was a non existing order!
I contacted EightVape with proof of my conversations with GLS and I was told that nothing could be done because Route protection wasn't purchased at the time I placed the order.
Route is automatically added when placing an order with EightVape. Every other order for the past 2 years is proof of that. I actually placed a" fake order" to prove this, yep Route is automatically added. But suddenly the order in question didn't have Route protection purchased.
I would think that EightVape would of handled this differently for a long time customer. But they just kept saying nothing could be done. Are you kidding me?!!!
EightVape.....I gave you $81.69 for nothing, my order was actually never processed! You lied!! Why??????
I refuse to deal with a company that would conduct themselves so dishonestly. I am now using a different company now, which is working out fantastic!

Your shipping is exceedingly long. There shouldn't be any reason for shipping to exceed 2 to 3 weeks. That being said, the prices are good, and I'm willing to buy a big enough stash at a time, that I can provide the proper lead time when I place my order.

I do not care for fruity flavored vape juices and this one I find to be a perfect blend. Not too sweet and not too harsh of a tobacco flavor. Very enjoyable.

I love this juice. It's actually one of my favorites. I ordered 4 bottles 5 weeks ago and never received it. The shipping update said that they had attempted to deliver it multiple times, but nobody was home. Completely untrue. The juice was returned to 8 vape, and I just got an email saying they would reship it, but I would have to pay the shipping again! I would call that terrible customer service and I will never order from 8 vape again!

The customer service is horrible. I placed the order, received notification 3 weeks later that it had been sent to the carrier, was sent a bogus tracking number. I contacted the company and was told they were sorry. Big deal. Sorry doesn’t cut it when my credit card was charged immediately upon order placement. After a few attempts to either get the product delivered or a refund, I had to dispute the charge to my credit card and file a complaint with the Netter Business Bureau Las Vegas. I would not buy from EightVape if they were the only place on earth selling vape products.

I’ve tried a lot of butterscotch vapes over the past few years, including a few butterscotch tobacco flavors, but I don’t think this one was done very well. Instead of using a natural pipe or cigar tobacco, like an RY4, they used a sharper cigarette tobacco that tasted ashy and pungent. This may be great for someone who is still trying to get off cigarettes, but don’t really want to have that taste in my mouth ever again.

The best Butterscotch Caramel Tobacco you could find. Most companies make juices that are either too heavy on tobacco or too heavy on the caramel side while not as many blended butterscotch and tobacco together. I personally think tobacco goes best with butterscotch. Glas did a great job creating this blend. The butterscotch comes out first and fairly strong, then you get a mixture of tobacco and caramel followed. This juice is not sweet and very balanced in all 3 flavors. I enjoyed this a lot at 6mg in a MTL RTA.
