In accordance to congressional amendment to the PACT Act (Dec 2020), all shipping deliveries require Adult Signatures beginning March 27, 2021. Adult Signature fees are added automatically to all orders. An adult (21+ years of age) is required to provide a valid government-issued ID upon delivery and must sign for the package.

The adult signature is annoying because you have to pay for it each time and also the shipping has become ridiculous. Over two weeks to get your order. Products are cheap but after paying shipping and adult signature, it's cheaper to go to the local vape shop.

Maybe some of the other online vape stores are cutting corners, I have no idea. But, I ordered coils and glass bulbs for my tank and I had to have an adult sign for the package. Nothing else was in the package. I really don't like this because I live in a very rural area and it is extremely difficult to get my packages especially when I have to try to coordinate to meet the delivery person so I can actually sign for the package. I have ordered from other vape stores online and they do not require Adult signature. Please fix this. Before all this regulation, I ordered thousands, literally thousands of dollars worth of vape supplies from you for my personal use. I really like your website and prices but I cannot keep having these issues with getting my packages because of the adult verification signature required ordeal.

I choose 3-5 day shipping. I am now at 21 days and still can not get any help with this issue. At what point is this considered theft? They took money and have not provided a product, the customer support sucks. All they needed to do when I first contacted them was to make a phone call to their shipping people and find out if this was lost or not, to my knowledge this action has still not been taken. I was skeptical of buying from eightvape to be honest. The prices were AMAZING, something sounds too good to be true, it probably is right?
*Make sure to read the estimated times for your area, and if they deliver to your area.*
The shipping took about 13 BUSINESS days (M-F; this does NOT include weekends!) And the tracking, was confusing to say the least, but it was worth it in the end. I had to email support and they gave me a tracking link for Deliverol, which helped me keep up with the timelines mentioned on their website for my area. (Virginia) After Deliverol I received a tracking number for FedEx telling me what day the package would arrive.
*The route app NEVER tracked the package, so don't worry if that happens to you too. *
Everything was there, and in the right nicotine levels! I am incredibly picky with my vape juice and around me is hard to find candy king or cloud nurdz (the only juice brands I like), and if so it is $27 a bottle! I also ordered a Toast prerolled joint greencrack. (Not pictured, but it beat my expectations as well!)
I will DEFINITELY, be ordering from eightvape again. I recommend you do too.
Just make sure someone over 21 is home to sign for the package upon delivery!

I love eightvape there r a few things that I don't like. Like some of the disposable vapes only last a day while others last 4 or 5 days. And I had ordered some coils they sent me the wrong ones they should have known they were the wrong ones due to my order before. And they didn't respond so I could send them back. I still order from them and spend a good amount of money so they should of sent me the correct coils. So I had to order and pay for the right ones. I want everyone know this is a good vape store just they do a few things wrong.

8-Vape has very poor customer service lately and has not sent my order that I placed on April 18, 2022 even though they have charged my account and got their $ on April 19, 2022...paid in full. I have sent repeated e-mails to customer service requesting the tracking number or proof of shipment only to be told by Rosalie -Customer Service Agent, that the order should ship 3-5 business days after the order was placed. It has now been 1 month to the day since I placed the order and STILL no tracking information nor proof of shipment. I never had these issues in the past but apparently they have a problem filling orders and communicating now. I am very dissapointed and you probably will be too. Time to step up your game 8-Vape...there are too many other sources for these products and you are losing costomers over your incompitent and apethetic way of doing business.

I really like the convenience of this vape. It’s very easy to add the e-juice into the tank and I also like how fast the vape is to charge up. Although the Vape isn’t very large, I still get a full day of use, sometimes more. It fits in a small purse or jeans pockets.

Ordered 128 dollars in product, Carrier attempted deliver once. Shipping detail shows returned to sender. 8vape had yet to refund for the product I haven’t received or offer a solution. Emailed support four times and same response. “When we receive your order back from their carrier we will contact you” Three weeks later no resolution. Buyer Beware.

I liked the looks and feel and the way it smoked. Very disappointed when I started tasing the fluid and it burned my throat after smoking it for about three weeks. I probably had less than a thousand puffs, far from the eight thousand advertised. I will not buy this product again.

This is about the $7 adult signature fee. It’s ridiculous! Just another way to make more money. Eliminate it, and I would definitely buy more product from you. More vapes, more juice, more coils, everything. It’s just not necessary. Between this ridiculous adult signature fee and shipping fee, it’s an extra $15-$20 added to my total.

This is ridiculous, I talked with the shipping company and the order has not even been picked up yet... Cancel the order and issue a full refund including shipping charges right away. If not I am going to have to report this to my credit card company as fraud. It's been almost a month since the order was placed. And your website claims 3-5 business days. And I haven't gotten a single straight answer from the support team as to when the package will arrive.
