Any vape with cannabinoids (CBD, Delta-8 THC, THCA—only medical vapes for Texas patients are allowed).

Vapes with alcohol, kratom, kava, or mushrooms.

Vapes made/marketed from China (or other “foreign adversary” countries—kills most disposable vapes).

“Kid-friendly” vapes (look like candy/food, use cartoons/celebrities, or hide as pens/phones).

Note: Personal possession/use of these vapes isn’t a crime— but police may check if they have illegal THC.

Are Geek Bar Vapes Banned in Texas?

Yes.
Most Geek Bar vapes (disposables like Pulse, Skyview) are made in China and pre-filled with Chinese liquid—this fits the “banned from foreign adversaries” rule. They can’t be sold in Texas (in-store or online).
