You most likely noticed that at some point in 2025, RAZ vapes disappeared. Online, offline, gas stations, they were nowhere to be found. The reason you couldn’t find RAZ vapes was due to the tariff issues and FDA seizures of unauthorized vapes entering the US. In September, federal agencies seized over $86 million worth of unapproved vapes, including RAZ.
But great news! RAZ vapes are back in the US market! And with powerful new editions: the RAZ VUE 50K and RAZ RX50K, both released in November and December 2025. These models give up to 50K puffs, a massive upgrade from the previous RAZ LTX 25K.
RAZ is Back With New Innovative RAZ Vapes up to 50K puffs
RAZ launched the RAZ VUE 50K and RX50K in November and December 2025, respectively, as the latest and biggest offerings among the RAZ lineup.
These vapes are currently available to buy in the US at EightVape: the RAZ VUE 50K kit with matching VUE 50K replacement pods, plus the RAZ RX 50K — see the full RAZ lineup.
RAZ RX50K
RAZ RX50K Dew Edition is the latest disposable vape release from RAZ. Launched into the US market in December 2025, the RAZ RX50K delivers up to 50,000 puffs. It also has three modes: Normal (50k puffs), Boost (25k puffs), and Super Boost (20K puffs). But I’ve found that this vape is so full of flavor that you don’t even need to use boost mode. It’s that good. What’s more, its display is even more fancy than the LTX 25K.
Fans of RAZ, you’ve got something new you don’t want to miss out on.

Presence of RAZ Vapes in Light of the Disposable Vape Ban
For some years now, many states have taken actions to restrict the use of disposable vapes by underage individuals. As of December 2025, at least 9 states have banned the sale of disposable vapes. In such states, getting a hold of RAZ vapes will be painfully difficult since they are disposables.
States where disposable vapes are banned include:
1. Texas (full ban)
2. Florida (partial ban)
3. New York (partial ban)
4. California (partial ban)
5. Illinois (partial ban)
6. North Carolina (partial ban)
7. Wisconsin (partial ban)
8. Mississippi (partial ban)
9. Maryland (partial ban)
Some states, like Arkansas and Maine, have only banned the online sale of vapes. In such states, you can still find RAZ vapes in walk-in shops, although you may not be able to order online.
That there is no ban on vapes in some states doesn’t mean they’re legal. As long as these brands remain without FDA authorization, the situation remains precarious. In fact, many states are already gearing up to implement certain bills this year to restrict disposables. You never know what’s coming next.
Some vapers are already stocking up on their favorite RAZ disposables so they can have peace of mind for the next few months.
Maybe you should, too.

Are RAZ Vapes Discontinued?
Sky-high tariffs and FDA seizures of unauthorized vapes forced RAZ and Geek bars to disappear from retail shelves in 2025.
But tariff issues are no more. And despite the barrage of attacks on disposables like RAZ vapes in the US, the good news is that some retailers still sell.
The truth is RAZ vapes are subject to FDA regulation. But they currently lack FDA approval for sale in the US. So they have been under attack over the last few years. To the point retailers had to withhold from selling and restocking due to incessant seizures. In short, questions like “Is RAZ Vape being discontinued?” started flooding in from customers.
So here’s the fact. RAZ vapes were not discontinued. They only disappeared from the US market because of the FDA’s crackdown on unauthorized disposable vapes coming from China.
But they’re slowly making their way back into the market.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is RAZ vape FDA-approved in the USA?
No, RAZ vapes are not FDA-approved in the US. As a result, they have experienced a lot of attacks and seizures, forcing them out of retail shelves in 2025.
Is RAZ getting banned in the USA?
RAZ vapes, Geek Bar, and most other disposables are getting banned in several states across the US because they lack FDA authorization. While states like Arkansas only banned online sales, Texas is currently the only state with a full state ban on all disposable vapes, including RAZ.
