I paid damn near 100 dollars for juice I never received. The “delivery” company came while I was at work and told me they weren’t coming back. Sorry. Seriously??? It’s been well over a month and I haven’t gotten my $$ or juice.
I absolutely HATE having to use Route to secure my shipment! I am already paying for shipping and I always order over $100 at a time, sometimes over $200! I should not have to jump through hoops to get my merchandise. I have ordered over $700 including my first order on December 30th, but this ain't worth it. I do not, absolutely DO NOT want to be forced to share access to my email in order to track an order. Sorry, but you have lost a customer and I will tell my friends to go elsewhere also.

Look at the picture F RATING from BBB. Ordered a month ago and never received my package. Tracking never showed a package being dropped off or in transit. Eight Vape CS won't help. They just tell me to contact the no name shipping carrier they hired. I can see from the reviews I am not alone in this experience. It's pretty hard to get rated F from BBB. You really gotta try hard. I can see why Eight Vape has this rating. I would highly recommend trying another website.
EightVape is my favorite website to order from!! I have 3 sites I use, but EightVape is my main site. They are the only site that has been able to send me the juice I order and it actually be the good tasting juice I expected. (As others are not) EightVape is definitely my GO TO vape site! Love them!
It's been nearly a month now and I still have yet to recieve any of my order. Route tracking never worked. Now neither route or eight vape will refund me patt of my money since they messed up my order and lost it or never shipped it. The Caliburn g pods were in stock back in April when I put my order in and they won't ship the rest of my order without me picking an alternate item. I'm done dealing with their BS. I just want my order!

Well, you basically stole my money because an order that’s about a month old still hasn’t been delivered.
It takes longer to get an order from Eight Vape. Than it does to get an order from a CHINA site.
It takes too long to receive my orders. It is supposedly shipped by priority mail which never takes two and a half to three weeks before I receive my order. So, does it take you that long to fill an order with only 5 items? You would get a 5 star review if I get my order within 10 days max. You can't blame Covid for the countless times, every, that my orders took longer than one coming from China. Please speed up something so I can give you the best rating ever. That is the only thing holding you back from top honors. I live in Philadelphia PA, so it shouldn't be a hardship. I am placing an order today and I am starting my last replacement pod for my SMOK 2. Don't ask me why I am placing my order, that needs to get to me in a timely manner, with a company that I claim to be the slowest of all the vape stores that I buy from. I am giving you a chance to fix the problem. I would like to shop in one store to get all of my vaping supplies and you certainly have the variety. If you can fix the length of time it takes my order to reach me then you got the job.
I Got everythang I purchase in excellent condition. I absolutely love my vape and the juices are packed with flavor. It arrived on time. I got great deals on my vape juices and coils. Have been in contact with your company several times. It has been 23 days and still no product. I have got the run around and even asked for you to refund my money. According to Route insurance which I paid for you have not even started to send my products.
The insurance is hit or miss. Have the insurance and not require. Or need the insurance and not have.
8vape got my favorite juice to me quickly even with the new shipping regulations. I'll always come back for Vape Pink Cookie Butter at the lowest price!
Not sure cause I haven't had to use it. Didn't like that they snuck it in at checkout I don't think 8Vape should be practicing business like that. They would get a better look by not being shady. I almost canceled the order and went somewhere else but needed my juice and said F it. I don't want to say Route Protection is bad but haven't had to make a claim. I do think 8Vape should quit being sneaky about it and they'd get a better look and reputation. People will pay more and do business again if you give them straight up honesty!!
Had a bottle leak whole en route to me, and opted for the insurance. Filed a claim and that was two weeks ago and no one will write or call me back.
Order was never delivered after 3 weeks and I paid for expedited shipping. Tracking number provided doesn’t work and have to keep contacting them via email for follow up.. They provided a link to the shipping company to track but the info was never updated.. Also emailed the shipping company with no response... Bad delivery service and no telephone number to call only via email.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE..
I like how my packages are better protected through this company.
I strongly urge anyone ordering to get the shipping insurance. It’s worth every Penny!!
The experience was great until the new delivery company was used. Been waiting for 3 weeks for my order now its just sitting in Atlanta with no eta on delivery.

Ordered May 26th, it got lost in the mail, finally received April 20th. Thank God I got the insurance, but it was the 2nd. time package never left Vegas/ something wrong with that USPS site.

I've been trying to get my order that""shipped"" on 4/2. Now they've pushed off the responsibility to the shipper, I had insurance on my order and just want my entire amount paid for product shipping taxes, fees back. It's been almost 3 weeks. I've contacted everyone possible regarding this via email because NOBODY has a phone number. ☹️
Products are always packaged well and arrive 'as advertised'.

I'm not really sure if the package protection even does anything.
Placed a order March 32st here we are April 20th and hasn't even shipped yet.
I'm not a big fan of having to pay extra to protect my package from theft/damage. That should be included in the shipping/handling and I just think it is tacky. I also downloaded the app that went along with it and it was not accurate in displaying the items I purchased. I will say that this was my first order with Eightvape and my order arrived within a couple of days with all of my products in perfect condition. I just placed my second order today!
It's nice to have that peace of mind in case something goes wrong

I ordered cloud nurdz juice using your new shipper and have yet to receive my order. I find this extremely disappointing especially since the shipping rate is very high. I would appreciate getting my order or at least getting my money back.
AS I've said before I have to pay this to get my order but I honestly feel that the company should ensure my order.

Package shows out for delivery on 4/6 but it has not been delivered! I’ve contacted support 3 times now and get no response! This was my second time ordering from here and it will be my last after this nonsense! I just want my product or a refund!

I reached out to your customer service a guy named Joey. I advised him my package had been not sent out from usps and it had been 10 days. It was not on Route. I asked for his help. He told me to contact usps. I contacted them. They could not help me because the package still did not arrive to them and told me to contact the seller Contacted Joey again he stated to open a claim with usps. I have bought over 100.00 worth of product every 4-5 weeks from you Paid over 10.00 in shipping each time Just to be treated like that I will not be a returning customer
Route: I've never actually had a problem with shipping from EightVape. It's a bit slow... Each order seems to take a little longer to ship out, but I save money and have a much larger selection of juice and hardware then if I just went to my local vape shop. So, a little patience goes a long way. I appreciate them using Route, so that I can keep track of my order with just one click, instead of digging for a tracking number.

I placed this order on March 31st and have yet to receive it and it's April 13th. If I track it, it's been sitting in Tampa, Florida for 5 days. I paid $15.99 for to have these shipped in 3-5 days. I can't find these coils anywhere around...and both my mods have burnt coils. So thank you eightvape...for nothing and taking my money. I've called, chatted and opened a ticket and still nothing as to when I will get this order.

I dont feel as if I should have to pay 2.55$ extra in order to be sure that my package arrives. But that's just my opinion. I think I should be able to have the satisfaction of knowing it will come no matter if I buy the protection or not.

Getting charged for slower delivery isn't my idea of a good thing at all.
Price was awesome but what is this insurance through a 3rd party. It sounds like a scam. I didnt even know I paid for this as I deleted it from my order and it was added again idk how that happened. I feel like you should be able to contact eigthvape if you have problems with your order during shipping like any other company.
Route is b.s. I don't want yet another frigging app on my phone. I really didn't like that I wasn't provided a tracking number for usps like you'd usually get even though it's shipped with them. Love eightvape, hate Route
I had to keep getting in touch to find out where my package was it took forever to get. I was not pleased with this purchase at all although we had ordered in the past no problem this particular time I spent double the amount and waited way to long to receive it I’m sorry
5 days awaiting shipping, first order through route came right on time. The second has fallen behind, the merchandise is great, shipping undecided about. Maybe something with the new codes, it’s Friday, maybe it’ll actually be shipped today.
