The tracking thing is worthless. It doesn't update my tracking at all, it doesn't tell me when it's shipped, where it's at, or even when it was delivered. This is not the first time I've had issues with this new tracking thing, it has NEVER worked, not one single time! Eightvape needs to find a new tracking and insurance company bc this one sucks!

Let me say Ana for headquarters at Eight Vapes was the only one that helped, I can thank her many times over for her doing her job beyond her job to get me my vape. I can care less that I didn't get my juice,. But as far as RUTE it's like they didn't care at all. Over 60 Emails back an forth.... Why this service? They never tell you when it’s arriving. I’ve had to run outside (apt.) and grab the package from the street twice. If I wasnt there, it def would have been taken. Worst tracking I’ve seen♀️

Since I first used 8vape I have not been disappointed on any aspect. Delivery is always on time, products are amazing and the variety is incredible. My go to juice is beard #32. I DID receive the replacement devices, but the 7 (SEVEN) packages pods, or the 1 package of pods have yet to turn up. It's been nothing short of a nightmare. My package was already opened with boxes mangled and multiple items broken or damaged. When I asked for route coverage they didnt even have the decency to reship my broken items they gave me a refund for the item only so I paid over $20 in shipping taxes and fees for nothing. Literally nothing.

I have shopped with EV for what seems like years. I've read horror story reviews about shipping and now I get it. The total of my order was $140 and that was on 1/25/2023 and as of today, 2/22/2023 I have yet to receive anything. And what's worse, Route has not updated tracking in 21 days. And THEN, their policy is that they refund only to Pay Pal. Okay, whatever, just refund my money. But guess what? They email me and say they are not able to refund my money due to "issues." Huh? What? Route tracking is absolutely worthless. Seriously, they are THE WORST.

I declined your package protection and you snuck it back in when your website enticed me to add another product. However, you didn't tell me you added the protection that I had declined and I didn't notice until after I ordered. I then asked to have the charge removed but I never heard from you. I hope the $1.55 was worth it. It isn't the amount but the principle. I will never order from you again but good for you, you tricked me into adding a 1.55 to my order. Hope it was worth it. I recently went back to Central Vapes and placed another order that I would have placed with you.

route has a weird way of tracking and sucks you need an app on your phone, it should be more accessible through desktop as well. so its hard to see where your order is exactly on a desktop... it just shows where its coming from and its destination with nothing in between or expected delivery day. if this get corrected everything else about eight vape and route would be damn near perfect@ keep it up and appreciate your guys work

Route was literally the only positive in my entire experience with Eightvape. Twice my order was placed. Twice said orders didn't arrive to me. I contacted Eightvape multiple times only to get a message back via email telling me I sent my messages to an unmonitored email. This was frustrating; it wasn't entirely clear how to contact Eightvape and actually get a person's response. Once I finally did, I was so disappointed and frustrated with the response. Zero customer service. No offer to try and correct the situation. The buck was and I were passed on to Route without so much as an apology for the mess. Route was consistently terrific with customer service; there's only so much they can do though. They could reorder the items a third time or refund my money back. I chose the latter and I'm done with Eightvape. My time, money, and business didn't feel acknowledged nor appreciated so I'll go elsewhere.
Five stars for Route protection alternately; I HIGHLY recommend the purchase of this protection to everyone. It's a small fee for the assurance that they'll fix it when your order inadvertently gets lost, etc.....
Don't get me wrong, lost mail happens. It happens to all of us when doing business online but personally, I DO expect the company I'm working with to care and do what it takes to remedy the situation. If you expect that too then perhaps this review will be of use to you?
