In the past, I would usually receive my packages within 1 week or less. Now, it’s February 26th, my order was placed on February 7th, and I have yet to receive my items. The last update for receiving my packages was on February 14th, saying, “ Package in transit, may arrive late.” Well... I guess I’ll just wait a couple more days before asking for my refund. Then go buy some cigarettes while I wait! Not happy!!

I have ordered juice from this company for a Long time with no complaints I decided to try the disposable Vape‘s and the first time they came in they leaked and there was barely any juice in them I decided not to complain but to order again this time I ordered four or five disposables and again they all had leaked I contacted them within 72 hours of the items being delivered and they declined to give me any type of reimbursement or trading them out because I hadn’t contacted in 48 hours I never open all my Vape‘s at once I was going to open them as I used to them but since the first one had leaked I decided to open the rest I am very disappointed with their customer service

I made 2 recent purchases; the 2nd one I made during the superbowl ONLY for the discount. i had all kinds of issues ordering and then when it processed my payment it didn't include the discount-i had just ordered the day before! I reported it immediately and got a message back the next day telling me it was after the game and they couldn't do anything about it. I had time stamped proof of when i ordered and sent the message to customer service because no one answered the phone. Very disappointed in the "I could care less attitude" given by customer service. That's not the way to keep customers. Someone could have done something to make it right- they chose NOT to. Product is a 10-customer service/satisfaction is a 1

Horrible. I ordered a kit and when I received it I opened everything up and put the tank on the mod and the tank moved all around it was defective I have tried 8 times to contact 8vape and they will not respond back. I recommend not ordering from 8vape you will get better service elsewhere. I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH NOT TO ORDER FROM 8VAPE THEY DO NOT CARE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THEY DONT GET BACK TO YOU TO HELP FIX ANYTHING

I ordered 4 salt nic devices and one of them is wrong. The SMOK RPM 40 is the only one I want to exchange. I don't want a POD MOD. I needed a different item but the return/exchange policy says I can't exchange it, so that really sucks. If I could I would recommend this site to all the vapors I know and let them know how amazing of a deal I got.

Route protection, to put it as simply as possible, is your peace-of-mind add-on for whatever it is you order from eightvape. I'm usually one of those people that strays away from "extras" mainly because it means more money right. But here, no matter how big the order is, $10 or $100 the price stays the same. I always use this service for any purchase over $20. Better safe than sorry man!

Route is a joke..... Package was supposed to be signed for but never was....contacted eightvape who told me to contact route....they opened a claim and was told to file a police report....contacted carrier and was told they would track it and talk to driver to pinpoint what happened to package....when that didn't work I tried to contact Route to continue my claim but was told essentially I waited too long to get back to them....now I'm out over $100 that Route won't cover....before any problems I had Eightvape would take care of me but this charge for Route is a joke....
