My experience ordering with EightVape was great! The strawberry watermelon flavor wasn’t good though. Tasted burnt which was unfortunate. I could occasionally get a little bit of what I think it’s supposed to taste like but I’m too afraid that it’ll come the same way to repurchase it.

I have ordered the 0% Nicotine. For some reason, when I ordered 0% from other websites there was always a problem, pure quality, Out of stock, Not too many flavors, etc. I was surprised by the variety of products Eightvape had with 0% nicotin. Order and shipment went fast and easy, The best part was the vape unit, Each lasted three to four days of use. Highly recomanded.

Product works, feels, and looks great. The shipping and customer service is really why I won't be using Eight Vape again or recommending it to anyone else. It took almost a month (29 days from order being placed) to receive my order with little to no shipping updates. Their customer service couldn't tell me anything about where my package was and told me to contact the courier. The courier they used was terrible and had an even longer response time. I think customer service would benefit from adding a phone line rather than having everything go back and forth through email. Again, product was great but customer service and shipping, not so much.
