I did not order this but I did get order $70 from this company and guess what that was on November 20th and it’s going on two months and haven’t received anything in my order and they only have email support so keep that in mind you will never be able to reach them if an issue occurs. They are refusing to give me a full refund and have only given me (a partial refund )of my order. $38 dollars to be exact. Just a warning the first time I order was a small order and it came within 2 weeks but once a made a bigger order well this happens. Very unpleased with how it’s been handled

We got two of these as part of a Christmas present, I REALLY expected more from both Sigelei and EightVape. Our of the 6 disposables we got these two were the ones we were the most excited about. Few notes- POG, is the standard POG- PASSION FRUIT, Orange, Guava- not "Pomegranate," unfortunately we ended up with half the disposables being passion fruit something. But that's not the big issue, more of an FYI incase these get restocked ever and they don't update the product desc. Both the POG and the Pink Lemonade disposables were clearly OLD OLD OLD. That's why everyone's complaining about burnt juice & dead batteries. I have juice that I bought over 2 years ago that doesn't look like someone's spit cup juice got dumped into the tank. I'm sure his batteries will die early too, if he can even choke these down. I know old juice, doesn't matter who makes it, if it's your fave, etc. Spoiled juice tastes burn and indistinguishable from the spit cup. Those complaining about their CS (Customer Service), well, welcome to EightVape. If they weren't providing CS when they were becoming millionaires, don't think they'll start now. From emails to pics, to time, to cartwheels & flying out and putting your unused, broken piece in their hand will not get you a refund. Last FYI/warning, do NOT use LSO! I ordered our stuff on 12/9, it got here at 3pm on 12/23, less than 22 hrs. before it got opened is way too close for a $100 Christmas package I ordered 3 wks. earlier. I literally had the husband out shopping for a replacement gift when the delivery came. Google LSO, read reviews, then come back & choose a different delivery company. I'm pretty sure 8V is burning thru their inventory prepping to close or get shut down, but, if not, I still shop here because they usually have everything we use at good prices & don't sell fakes that I've found. Best of luck getting thru this Reynolds/Morris re-takeover everyone!

I bought 5 of the Sigeli ultra puffs and 2/5 of them came dead on arrival. Tried asking 8vape for a refund and said sorry cant take refunds outside of 48 hours after receiving items. I'm not going to open all 5 disposables that are NOT rechargeable I'm going to open them one at a time and sadly the last two didn't even work because of a dead battery. I DO NOT RECCOMEND BUYING THESE. 8 vape should one for one swap me for the dead on arrivals but they did not, horrible customer service......

I can't ever find any smooth creamy dessert flavors ever around here in town (Fresno,ca). So decided to purchase 3 of the vanilla custard flavored one. I recommend to wait about three to ten minutes after opening it and taking off the rubber extension you pull up and out from the mouth piece to let the coil/cotton soak before hitting it or else it will taste a bit burnt. Made that mistake with both of them and with the third one did just thee above advice and boy it tasted so good
Because I messed up with the first two vapes I just extracted the juice and poured into my smok novo pod and that was even better lol. Very yummy and sweet with a hint of ice and nice buzz.

Sigelei strawberry banana, this was the worst experience I’ve had with vaping since I started ten years ago. The juice tasted like some kind of chemical, I was scared I was being poisoned, maybe something got in there that wasn’t supposed to be, reminded me of the way super glue smells. It was awful, burned my throat, I’m not sure how they can sell something so terrible.

The vanilla flavor is spot on. Vanilla bean is very smooth and sweet. But what killed it for me is, 1. this is my second one, the first one lasted 3 or 4 puffs then died. And 2. there is a strong menthol kick at the end which wouldn't be so bad IF I WANTED A MENTHOL FLAVOR. If I wanted a menthol flavor I would have chosen a box THAT SAID MENTHOL. False advertisement pisses me off. All in all, purchase at your own risk

This is the second pen I got from them after a puff one gave me shit blamed it on the brand and recommend this brand. Two days later oil still have full and it's done. Took it back to place and they gave me more excuses I got one more because it night had been a dud and same thing half oil pen and nothing comes out. Y'all's products are defective and I hate that I'm like 30 something dollars invested on something that wasn't even worth it.

At first, I really loved these so I ordered more. Some tasted burnt from the jump and others leaked and wouldn't stop firing so I had to break them apart to disconnect the battery. It’s a shame bc I really loved them. I was on an airplane and it started smoking in my bag and I burnt my finger trying to get it to stop. Had to tell the flight attendant and everything (LOL kinda funny now) but hopefully they work out the kinks on this one. Going to try different brands ♀️

Absolute garbage product! When I told customer service, they blew me off with some garbage reply about:
"Unfortunately this can be normal depending on usage. Disposables can vary depending on usage, juice amount, and even from manufacturing due to the high amount made from each company."

The taste was pretty good but my problem was that I went to hit it one last time before bed it burnt my tongue. I set it down to get water, came back and was laying down the thing sounded like.it was about to take off. I wasn't touching it at all. It kept burning and getting really hot. Not sure what to do. Just hoping it doesn't expoled!!! Not happy about this at all. That was a strawberry banana one.

This was my first order. I purchased 4 of these in different flavors. Two of them arrived half empty with juice all over the sealed bag that's inside each individual box. I chose to write my review under the Orange Creamsicle one though because this is the one that actually malfunctioned. It stopped leaking and it tasted the least burnt out of the four so I was using that one until I could get to a gas station for something else. I was sitting at a red let with the vape in my hoodie pocket and i heard a quite popping sound and then smelled something burning. The coil in the middle of the vape was red hot and smoke was coming out of the mouthpiece the plastic started to melt and unfortunately I had to throw it out of my window (I hate littering) but I was worried it was going to actually explode or I'd get burned. Obviously this shop just resells the devices and doesn't manufacture them but nonetheless I'd stay away.
