I usually always use you guys. Never had a problem. This time I ordered in plenty of time only to find out 3 weeks later my order was never processed. Then when I asked what I thought was a bot what they were gonna do about me running out of nicotine and what they were gonna do to resolve the issue. I got no response. Yes I realize I need the nicotine but if your gonna supply then be responsible. Get me my package. Do what needs to be fine but instead I got nothing. So I will continue to use you but I will definitely be ordering in more then enough time because I can’t count on you.

I have never been asked to sign anything for all my 10+ orders. They charge you $7.95 for a "Required by law" signiture and I have never signed for anything. Less than half of my orders have been left in the mail room of my apartment. The rest, the person has came to my door and handed the package to me without asking a single question. Don't get me wrong, I will still order fron 8 vape but, I am still questioning why I have to pay almost $8.00 for nothing.

While the juice I ordered was premium and good quality, the service experience was not. It took almost a month for my package to arrive and that was after I emailed the company. There was no phone number for me to call either which makes me question this site's legitimacy. I recommend going with a different site such as perfectvape or elementvape instead. Faster shipping and actual tracking is offered with those sites. The best thing I can say about 8vape is it's usually good stock and more variety offered but it's at the cost of solid customer service and reliability.

I buy a lot from this place and with that being said, the prices are better than I get in Oklahoma but that’s about it. Now this is what has me looking for a different online store. First you get charged to have a protection on your shipment but it doesn’t have tracking info that updates and you have to pay over 7 dollars for them to take the time to get your signature when it’s delivered but out of all the times I’ve ordered, only once did I have to sign for anything, most of the time my order is setting outside in the open when I get home. So that’s a waste of my money. Two BS charges in my opinion that really serves the buyer no purpose but to make them spend more while looking like the vape shop is cheaper. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could at least know when my packages would arrive. I am going on 7 days after I made a order and I haven’t received anything but this link to review them so here it is. I have received two or three vapes that were dead-on-arrival, but the same has been true at other sites. Overall, these guys are great, have competitive prices, and good variety. Working with Eightvape was very easy. After placing an order it was in the mail and on its way. It was unfortunate and frustrating that the delivery service used to deliver my order held the package for three weeks and in the end sent it back to Eightvape claiming the business was closed. My address is a home on a residential street. A simple search on Goggle maps is all it would take.
Ana at Eightvape was awesome and reset the package within a couple days. Ana was very professional and understanding. I will order from Eightvape in the future and recommend them. Great customer service!!!!
